In an expansive interview, Richardson said:

* Former Geelong player Steve Johnson won't be at the Tigers due to his age.
   
* Richmond is "still interested" in GWS midfielder Adam Treloar, who looks likely to head to Collingwood even though the Giants are in talks with multiple clubs about him.
   
* Fellow GWS midfielder Jacob Townsend is likely to become a Tiger for a pick later than No. 31. We think Jacob will provide that sort of midfield grunt that we feel we need a bit more of.
   
* The Tigers are looking for a first-round pick later than their existing No. 12 to get Chris Yarran from Carlton.
   
* Richmond is "very reluctant" to let contracted defender David Astbury leave, but says it could happen to help the Tigers open up other trade options.

* Lennon will almost certainly be a Tiger next year, despite him not having yet signed a new contract.

Yeah we're still interested in Adam, and have made no secrets about that.

His management is aware of our interest, but I think that he will get to Collingwood.

I think the decision was probably based on his relationship with Nathan Buckley.

I've never known a relationship to exist that can't be bought. Geoffrey Edelsten does it all the time.

Treloar could be RFC's "Mo Money" for all I care, as long as we get him in the Yellow and Black.

Interesting to see what "open up other trade options" actually means, if it just means the Yarran trade then its another line we are being fed.

Also good to see we are not getting Stevie J!! :snidegrin
