Title: At what point is a coach expected to be accountable....

For setting the level of discipline, for development both mentally and physically, for having a game plan that the players clearly don't understand or believe in, for believing in guys for years who have never shown a reason for such faith and for continually talkin rubbish and dissecting his own mistakes?

Perhaps someone from the lighter side wishes to provide an explanation?

Should it be before or after he gets a contract extension that wasnt warranted on performance?

How about you add to that at what point is the board and football department going to be accountable to clowns running a circus there.
