Identification and breakdown of processes at RFC
For example,
1. Medical due diligence when drafting a new player
2. Psychological profile and due diligence when drafting a new player
3. KPI, targets and expectations outlined to player pre and post draft and ongoing individual KPI review
4. Management and counseling of players once drafted, RE regarding physical and mental conditioning
5. Group management, targets and expectations
6. Support staff review including,
A) a full and detailed list management team review/goals/expectations/targets
b) Coach and coaching panel review, targets and expectations
c) Selection panel, process and effectiveness
7. Player opinions regarding all of the above.
8. External review, how is RFC perceived by outside players.
I am unsure if RFC have any systems in place after watching some of our performances and looking at our overall drive and determination.
It is obvious something is broken at RFC and whatever it is needs to be identified and corrected.
Any comments on our processes above "those in the know"?

I'm sure that they have most of those things in place - it's what action you take with the information provided which is important.
I'd also add the club appears to struggle making key decisions to effect change AHEAD of the curve.

Thanks for that, amazing to think that we would have had Chris Yarran complete a psychological examination and still recruit him.(not a negative against Chris , I hope he defeats his issues and does play for us), more a comment on our systems

Do we get ticks for Trengrove and for Martin in this regard?
Can you elaborate on your reference to "due diligence" in your second point. Strikes me a buzz phrasing without much meaning? Due diligence in reality has a meaning closer related to something along the lines of making sure you've done at least the bare minimum expected of your job.
Point 5 seems trivial.
Point 6 reiterates point 4.

A psychological examination won't help in the assessment of a depressed mood if the target does not answer accurately. Most screening tools are simple questions where you rate the prevalence of symptoms on a scale of 0-3. GP's generally only do a 10 question tool whilst mental health professionals may use a 21 question screening tool and both are only used to record the previous two weeks.

Ah yes, the famous Gantry of Greatness....preparing our players for the savage pillow fights that always break out during the end of year slumber party at Dimma's place.....
...btw - have Hackson & Mike Sheehan ever been seen in the same room together? :shh

Thanks
Point 4 relates to individual players
Point 6 relates to the coaching and management team
Point 5 relates to the effectiveness of players as a group
We did a great job with Martin and Trengove
Due diligence means taking proper care and consideration relating to these issues

Given there have been no issues with Yarren in the 8 years at Carlton, like it or not, that's probably reasonable evidence.
Despite your apparent sarcasm, I still maintain the issue for the club is moreso related to the lack of decision making with available information.
That is the real skill when using data, everyone collects it - it's called best practise!
