Because that is where all forwards drafted by the RFC are played.  It's ludicrous. 
See Astbury, Griffiths, Elton, Moore etc

I still reckon Chol is gonna be a gun Dio, I liked him before we picked him, if they don't wreck him, he will be something special.  As always I am not to proud to be proven wrong, I often am, but Ill put my balls on the table when I think I am onto something.
