Title: Simon Dalrimple
Post by: TigerLand on September 19, 2016, 10:52:01 PM
Doggies Recruiter

If we are going to save a million dollars by not sacking Hardwick. I feel we need to get this guy to Richmond. Arguably best recruiter in the competetion.

Built the dogs list with some brilliant 3rd and 4th round selections.

:clapping
Add to him Wells as list manager and pay them $$$$$$$$$$ more than their getting now.
Sack the liar Halfstep and get Matty Knights in for half the money.

Problems solved.

Didn't they just upgrade that recruiter dud and demote Hackson before Balme could do anything?

LMFAO bunch of amateurs.

Might as well delete the thread this club is not capable of poaching anyone like wells or a cook to this club

Funny thing this bloke spent time at Richmond in 2005
Before coaching in the Ammos then into the dogs
Don't think he will be coming back

He has done a good job without doubt, although one wouldn't mind the leg up of father sons in Wallis, Liberatore, Hunter and Cordy...it allows you the ability to have a couple of free swings later in the draft

Correct.  We are cutting costs in recruitment not increasing them.  Our "leaders" wouldn’t even know who simon dalrymple was let alone head hunting him.  They wouldn't even know the success the dogs have had with their recruiting.  Our "leaders" have their heads firmly stuffed up their 4 walls that they have no idea what's happening in the real world.  It took them an eternity to realise Gales mate Dan was out of his depth and needed a proper operator in Balme.  FFS they even thought Hardwick was a good coach LMAO.  They made the easy decision with upgrading Jacksons 2IC as head of recruiting most likely cos he's a ripping bloke.  And people want to persist with these people who quite simply lack the nous, know how, smarts, charisma, and the ruthlessness to make us a power again.  Another lost generation with these amateurs in charge.

leg up had nothing to do with  making a prelim after losing your captain, former captain, ceo and best players due to injury.

That's just a good football club. We lost most matches when lids isnt playing, what does that tell you.

How many games did the CEO play?

I said he had done a good job, no coincidence that they've got a health list bar 2 players right now.  Just call it as it is rather than your anti glasses on

Healthy list?  They've had the worst run of injuries all year.

I reckon that's more myth than fact

The media narrative was it was like the rape of Nanking  down the foot-er-scray

The importance of getting later round picks right (and a couple of Father-Sons) for the Bulldogs during the compromised drafts period of GWS/Suns.
