Title: RIP Franga VFL
Post by: Diocletian on September 27, 2016, 04:04:22 AM
The slow death of the old VFA continues...while the AFL chucks millions at GWS and their 28 fans, a bunch of girls that nobody will watch once the novelty wears off and Sting...

...on the bright side - one less bogey side we have to play... :gotigers

Frankston update:

Administrator says it has received 'formal notification' from AFL Vic that the Dollies' VFL licence has been terminated.

Meeting between a Frankston FC delegation and AFL Victoria is turning into a marathon. Started at 10am and is still going.

Spread the word that licence termination does not kill Frankston Dolphins. Successful creditors vote Monday will mean club continues trading.

Waiting game for Frankston FC after a delegation met AFL Victoria today. At the same time administrator was told licence had been terminated.

The age reporting theyve been officially flicked. License revoked for season 2017

Would be onterested to know how those running the club allowed this financial disaster to happen.

Didn't they independently hire someone out only a short time ago to try and find where they could start making inroads. Now the VFL have flicked them before they could even finish
