BF post says Richo has a slight medial strain which will recover while he's out with a wrist injury.

yep did the hammy in the Burger game against Frankston - he said at the time he'd miss a couple

And thank god for that. We'd be in the conference (Eng. 5th division) based on the past 25 years if there was relegation in the AFL.
