Very sad;

I can say from personal experience that football is very poorly administered at local level outside of the VAFA and inner suburban leagues.

Although a lot of that is the fault of the AFL; most is honestly the fault of leagues who have themselves failed to keep up with the times; belligerence and nepotism.
