Should we go all out, if we finish last to get the dream duo at tigerland- Judd and Deledio in the same team. Do we mortgage our future, what should we pay. I feel theres a chance if the WCE come up empty he may come home.

Didn't Judd re-sign with the Eagles earlier this year?

Even if he is out on contract I would vote to keep going with youth. As we saw with Browny, one player no matter how good he is won't make a huge difference team wise. There's no quick fix. We probably don't have the finances either to add another $500-700k onto our TPP even though we have the room in our salary cap.

Just did a google search. Re-signed in early 2005 till the end of 2007

A Melbourne metropolitan footballer he may once have been but the young champion is the future of West Coast, even if that future for him remains as short-lived as the years 2006 and 2007 — the remaining two years on Judd's contract.

Among the factors was the looming end of Judd's contract in 2007.

Reason i put this up was that some people were pretty adament that he was on a 2 year deal that ended this year. Nevertheless, its interesting that already a couple of people want nothing to do with a deal for a player like Judd.

People should remember that Miller has publically gone on record and said that he'll be looking for a big name player in 2006 or 2007.

Going after Fevola during trade week was proof of that. Thankfully it didn't happen.
