Watts very still. Wasn't his best game last week but he has been better than George most of the year.

Interesting.

Has Broad been brought in to play 2nd ruck as it seems or does he go back into defence and Balta moves up the ground?

I'd say he's in to ruck.
Pickett very lucky, not picking Caddy a mistake.

I'd say he's in to ruck.
We may get away with Broad against the Saints missing Ryder but will it cut it against Port and Brisbane who both have two genuine rucks? Anyway, let's hope it works tomorrow night  :pray.

Pickett very lucky, not picking Caddy a mistake.
I'd say Caddy will be brought back in against Port if we get that far.

Bachar and Cantstandya very lucky to stay in.  Markov and Aarts very stiff to miss.

Broad surely to ruck. Balta owns his KPD position

Surely not.

Balta is a supreme athlete who can go match it any contest with ruckmen. Gets up very well at the centre bounce. There's a chance he can actually give us first use at times.

Broad in to play his natural role. Not a great deal of height up forward, so the back 6 should be able to cope if/when Balta goes into the ruck.

Glad to see Broad back.

Will probably play 2nd ruck.

But just gives us another option down back

What a we suppose to do tho about the ruck situation no options ? Chol not up to it,CCJ screwed up bigtime and Soldo out injured from having a platter to bare bones.

Pickett I agree playing like a state league footballer at times turning it over silly frees needs to lift. Not sure about Caddy this game we need speed against saints.

Big call but would have dropped Houli for Markov

More chance of me making the side than that happening

More chance of Dan Andrews acting in the interests of Victorians than that happening

I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a late change for the tigers tonight, they have named eight defenders, which may be one too many. Only a hunch based on the team sheet and watching training. I like Caddy. We’ll see
