* Likes Richmond because you know what you get from them every week. They haven't changed in 4 years. They are a happy club.
* 12th oldest list so age isn't a concern.
* Issue to watch is will there be any fallout over the Hardwick affair. Not just any effect on the players; it could have an effect on Hardwick himself and his coaching.
* If Dusty got injured that would bring the Tigers back to the pack. He is so important to them and has hardly missed a game. His worst final was the 2018 Prelim when they lost to an American and Dusty was held by Greenwood because he was injured.
* Geelong have to improve (given their recruits). You have to remember they were only 9 pts down with 9 mins to play in the GF until some Dusty brillance got a couple of goals.

Geelong were 9 points down 9 to play but they were not in the game. They had given up a 21 point lead and we had kicked 5 more goals in a quarter and half. Geelong faded badly as the realisation they were not good enough raced through their team and supporters.

Can I also add that Cotchin, Lynch, Jack and Shedda (3qtr time) all missed very, very gettable shots on goal so I’d imagine had we converted half of those goals people might have a slightly different view.

Maybe so. I think that comes with us being better at coping when the game isn’t on our terms then the cats who couldn’t handle us at all.
