Pitura looked like a real find in that preseason comp. when we were crying out for key defenders. Got everybody's hopes up. But like so many of our young tall recruits in that era (Schaefer, Edwards, Jurica, etc ...) he never came on. Just two games and he was gone. I just remember our supporters back then saying we got two duds out of the Pitura trade.
