Prestia & Kmac forced outs for starters.
Fire away with your changes?
-
I heard that Reiwoldt was injured late too.
-
OUTS: Prestia and MacIntosh
INS: Rioli (stays in, shouldn't but will), Ross, Houli will be the sub
History tells us we don't make massive changes after 1 bad loss. They won't this week either
-
I dunno how many of these will happen because I can’t remember us ever making more than 4-5 changes but here goes anyway.
Out: Egg, Pickett, Prestia, Kmac, Rioli, Aarts
In: Houli, vlastuin, Ross, Martyn, Ralphsmith, RCD
-
Out: Prestia (hammy), Kmac (concussion), Eggy, Aarts.

But but but Flossy was pretending to be injured. The media said so......it must be true
-
Like to see RCD come in for Caddy but the only changes will be Ross, Ralphsmith & Houli in for Prestia, McIntosh & The Goog...... :shh
-
Would look at a second ruck option so Balta can stay in the backline.
-
I was shot down on here for suggesting we make some changes for swans as we were ordinary against Hawks. If we played a decent side we would have lost that one too.
Today was the perfect day to blood some youth.
We are also missing the 2nd ruckman. Play Chol next week.
-
OUT
Prestia
KMac
DES
IN
Ross
Ralphsmith
Houli
RCD if either Cotch or Jack don't get up. Can go mid, Caddy forward, Pickett and Ralph on the wings.
-
Everyone wants to see RCD.
he hasn’t played one game even though he’s had ample opportunities to demand selection above others players that were given games ahead of him.
I hope he’s as good as we are expecting him to be.
Let’s see how he goes against Port in Adelaide :rollin

Yeah I want to see him.
Been on the list long enough.
Give him games so we can decide if he's worth it or not.

I want to see him too but Just watched Dimma’s press conference and names Ross and Martyn, no mention of RCD. I don’t think he impresses the match committee enough at lower level to demand selection. He might be another Lennon or Naish or Menadue or Egglamesse types that plays great in the vfl or but can’t bring it to the big leagues, the difference between all those names and RCD is that all those duds got to play senior footy atleast once. :shh :rollin

New rules would probably suit Lennon now.... :shh

Being 191/90 is what interests me also.
I want a big mid in there who can kick a goal.

Out prestia mcintosh
In houli martyn

Out prestia mcintosh

I think you’d have to say that if Houli comes in that Egg goes out.
-
Out Prestia, Cotchin, McIntosh to injuries thats three forced changes and all mids. so ffs lets bring in genuine mids to replace em..
Would have thought RC-D, Ross and Ralphsmith all potential replacements for those three.
DE-S doesnt deserve another go after that performance and ive had a gutful of Rioli, Aarts and Caddy.
Houli for DE-S Is a no brainer Dow for those one of those two Rioli or Aarts who bring nothing and play Martyn for Caddy what a lumbering butcher of the ball that bloke is. Bring on the changes i say.
-
Problem is teams rarely ever win when they make too many changes all at once...unless you're out of finals contention you need to stagger the changes even if it means some players who should be dropped aren't... :shh

Tigers to make changes for Power battle, confident on Cotchin
Richmond confident Trent Cotchin will play on Friday, but there will forced changes to the team that lost to Sydney
By Callum Twomey

RICHMOND remains confident skipper Trent Cotchin will line up in Friday’s mouth-watering clash with Port Adelaide despite "precautionary" management of his hamstring on Saturday.
The three-time premiership captain ended the weekend's loss to Sydney with his hamstring iced, with coach Damien Hardwick saying the move was precautionary due to Cotchin's history of hamstring injuries in recent years.
But the Tigers say the 30-year-old has not suffered any new injury and at this stage expect him to make the trip to Adelaide Oval to take on the Power in a rematch of last year's preliminary final on Friday night.
Cotchin was a late withdrawal from the Tigers' round one clash with Carlton due to illness.
Richmond faces at least two forced changes from its loss to the red-hot Swans at the MCG, with Dion Prestia suffering another hamstring strain in the defeat and Kamdyn McIntosh ruled out with concussion after a heavy hit late in the game (watch it in the player below).
Triple premiership defender Bachar Houli will be considered after playing in the VFL on the weekend and getting through unscathed, however Hardwick revealed post-game that gun defender Nick Vlastuin is set to miss at least another month after subsequent scans showed his round one knee injury was worse than initially thought.
Jack Ross, who impressed in the VFL on Saturday, appears a likely inclusion for Prestia, with the Tigers also bullish on young midfield pair Riley Collier-Dawkins and Will Martyn as both press claims for a senior debut.
Running half-back Hugo Ralphsmith is another gunning for a debut having been named an emergency last week, while Mabior Chol is also expected to be considered, particularly given his impact against the Power in their thrilling mid-season game last year when he kicked two goals.

In the Mix - Round 4

RICHMOND
The Tigers are set for a busy week at selection with at least two forced changes out of their loss to Sydney. Dion Prestia will miss with his hamstring injury, while Kamdyn McIntosh faces the mandatory 12 days out with concussion. The club says Trent Cotchin didn't suffer any new hamstring injury last week and remains a good chance to face the Power on Friday night, while Daniel Rioli is also on the fringes after not having a huge impact as the medical sub. Jack Ross went back to VFL level to play a full game last week after being the Tigers' sub and would be a good chance to come in, while Bachar Houli also returned at VFL level so will be strongly considered. Patrick Naish dominated on the wing in the VFL so could come in as McIntosh's replacement, while Hugo Ralphsmith is gunning for a debut and will be a chance as a half-back/wingman.
R3 medical sub: Daniel Rioli (used)
Verdict: Ross, Houli and Naish in for Prestia, McIntosh and Rioli.

Dimma said there will be one or two debutants - Martyn and/or RCD.
----------------------------------------------------------
The Tigers will consider adding Chol to their line-up this Friday night for their clash with Port Adelaide, to help combat the Power's ruck duo of Scott Lycett and Peter Ladhams.
Richmond will have a number of changes for the Adelaide Oval clash, with Dion Prestia (hamstring) and Kamdyn McIntosh (concussion) ruled out. The club expects Trent Cotchin to make the trip and Bachar Houli is also in line for a recall for his first game since last year's Grand Final after returning to the VFL last week.
Hardwick confirmed the Tigers would also play at least one debutant and perhaps two, with Will Martyn and Riley Collier-Dawkins to be in contention. Another possible first-gamer, Hugo Ralphsmith, has been hit with a two-game ban for striking in the VFL but can accept a one-game penalty with an early plea. The Tigers are weighing up whether to contest the charge at the VFL Tribunal.
Wingman Patrick Naish is also firmly in the frame for his first game of 2021 after a dominant VFL performance last week.
“We’ve got some personnel that will miss games, but it’s a great opportunity for some players to grow into some roles – and that’s really exciting for us,” Hardwick said.
“It certainly reinvigorates the coaching group and I’ve got no doubt it’ll reinvigorate our playing group as well to give some young guys some opportunities.
“There’s a couple of guys (in the mix), we’re working through that at the moment. There’ll be at least one debutant, possibly two, which will be exciting for our fans to see.”

Richmond is set to call on veteran defender Bachar Houli for his first game since the 2020 AFL Grand Final when they clash with Port Adelaide.
"He'll train today. If he gets through training he'll certainly put his hand up to play and I'll certainly pick him," Hardwick told reporters on Wednesday.
The Tigers expect captain Trent Cotchin to play after he finished Saturday's loss to Sydney on the bench with ice on his hamstring and groin areas.
"It was probably a bit overblown," Hardwick said.
"In theory we had three six-day breaks, so ideally we probably thought and spoke about management of one of those games - but obviously with Dion going out, plans changed pretty quickly.
"So look, our firm belief is that he'll play. He'll train today."

Houli for Eggy
Ross for Prestia
Ralphsmith Naish for Kmac
Martyn for Aarts.
Rioli the sub again.
Hard not see Naish being brought in on a wing now after 39 disposals in the ressies and with Kmac concussed and Hugo suspended.
Martyn will be the debutant. Has strong fans amongst our trainers who highly rate him.

Martyn and Mansell to debut.
No RCD or Naish

I can’t see Houli coming in now that they’ve announced mansell will debut unless the young fella is playing on the wing.
-
Martyn and Mansell to debut.
No RCD or Naish
Naish shat himself during his one game last season.Too soft and too outside
-
Really hope that they bring in some youth to invigorate the side. Hope Martyn comes in.
