The AFL is taking over the sponsorship of match-day footballs. They are going to put the golden arches on them.
Currently, we have United Petroleum sponsoring our match-day footballs. So we are going to lose that sponsorship (and the discount petrol to RFC fans they offer).

Australian-owned United Petroleum – official ball sponsor of Collingwood, Richmond, Hawthorn and Brisbane – says it has been blindsided by an AFL plan that will see global burger giant McDonald's take over the naming rights of all match-day balls.
