Hope we play Geelong in the South West of Victoria. Both teams have huge followings down here.

Just been told by someone from the Club that only one of these preseason games will be in front of a crowd while the other is likely to be behind closed doors. This could change but that's the current info. All RFC members will receive an email when everything is confirmed. The staff member didn't know which match is which at this stage but given the Hawthorn game is the official "Community Series" match as well being the one to support and raise funds in remembrance of the tragic loss of those kids in Tassie, I'm guessing fans will be able to attend it. That would leave the Geelong game as being the one behind closed doors.

How ridiculous if true.

No surprise because
When the pre season games were announced they said all pre-season "practices matches" would not have crowds
And all AAMI Community Series games would have crowds
