With Gibcus fit I think biggie had to come out. With balta injured we needed a big strong matchup for 2m Peter so needed either Tarrant or Miller and they went with the former.
-
I agree TK

Wonder which one of Ross or Aarts will come in of Graham doesn't get up?
-
They should have picked Miller.
-
Wonder which one of Ross or Aarts will come in of Graham doesn't get up?
Probably Ross. Better than having one of the kids debut as a sub.
-

Ross probably with Aarts as the sub :-\.
I don't think Graham will be play. It's a six-day break to the Sydney game. I think we'll take the cautious approach and make sure he's 100% right for the Swans.
As for the Bombers, Ridley is named on the bench rather than in the starting back six. There's been question marks all week on whether he will come up. Would be a major loss for them and a bonus for our forwards if he misses.
-
With Graham and Pickett out I hope the others take up the slack and keep the pressure on. I want to see bruising footy and tackling ferocity. This mob is pretty soft led by the softest player in the league in Dylan Sheila. :rollin
Break them in the first quarter.
Eat ‘Em Alive! :gotigers

Happy with the changes.
Gibcus is an upgrade on Biggie, Tarrant is the big body we need to replace Balta.
-
The changes were the only ones that made sense.
Tarrant for his experience and Gibcus were logical ins.
Biggie or Miller are not getting games ahead of those two at this stage, especially with Balta out.
-
Graham ruled out.
Ross comes in.
Biggie added to the emergencies.

I would have debuted Sam Banks rather than give Ross a game.

How the hell does Ross get in before Dow? - Ross's opponent won the Hawthorn VFL team the game in the 2nd half last week.

Or RCD for the matter?
But you are spot on about the vfl match
-
Just from my own observations, Ross looks arrogantly entitled by the way he struts about.
Extremely unaccountable of his opponent and I don’t think he works hard enough especially without the ball he seems to look disinterested and lazy. I also think he is a poor decision maker too rarely takes the right option especially inside 50.
He can’t play wing. He is very soft.
Not a fan.
-
That summation of Jack Ross is ridiculous.
He might not be our best option in the starting 18 but to just rag him out on every level is incredibly unfair.

Perfect summary. Can't believe we go back to him time and time again after he has failed so many times. VFL is his level.
-
Very disappointed re: Ross.
Sonsie hurt? What about RCD?
-
Dow was dropped was injured that's why he come out should have come in.

I’m probably unfair but it’s not like I want to feel a certain way about certain players I’d like nothing more but for all the players we pick turn out to be guns that prove every club wrong for not selecting them and for our recruitment team to be geniuses every selection but sometimes it just doesn’t pan out that way.
I don’t want to feel this way about Ross in particular and I’d like nothing more for him to be our next midfield bull but when I watch him play the things I mentioned are the things that come to my mind instead.
-
he has proved nothing and i saw enough when he was sulking in the stands during that grand final like he had the right to be playing.
Soft, Slow and zero footy smarts
Delist or retain only for VFL. People also forget he wasnt a high draft pick so chances were already against him to begin with.
-
I think bombers will come out red hot tonight. Hope the boys are feeling some aggression
-
Just absorb it for a quarter then they'll go limp and take what we give them
-
Richmond by 35 points in 2nd gear only. If we play like professionals its Richmond by 85 points.
-
Banks, Biggie and Clarke playing in the ressies.
So Aarts will be the sub :P.
-
Cut out the supply to Wright by our forward and midfield pressure history be priority. Let' hope Tarrant performs to..Art's as sub haven't we gone past him yet
-
Whoever is responsible for the stats have no idea.
-
If the weather stays as is, it will be a perfect night for footy. Our fwds should take their defence to the absolute cleaners!
-
Don't understand why we are giving opportunity to Ross and Aarts over Ralph and Dow.

I guess your view remain unchanged tonight?
