Sonsie is the most likely
Like Miller and his steady progress. Shown enough and now he can see for himself that he can perform at the top level, which may trigger a jump in performance.
Hoping Banks, Brown and Clarke take some steps but looking 2024 for them to break out

Agree on Miller
Like the progress and hopefully more to come

It's Sampson Ryan time. The big fella needs to make his mark this year.

not really a cub anymore but Balta needs to stop just drifting along and start to earn all the applause he gets.

Rutten is back so it should help settle Balta. Listened to an interview witty Rance on Howie games. He said Leppitsch was there to translate his athleticism to skills and Rutten decision making and thinking like a defender.
Fingers crossed but I think Rutten can work his magic again

Tyler Sonsie
Pick No.28 in the 2021 AFL Draft, Sonsie made his debut in round 18 last year and held his spot in the team for the remainder of the season, including the elimination final in the face of the returning Dustin Martin. He impressed with his neat skills, game awareness (once he adjusted to the pace of AFL) and composure under pressure. The off-season additions of inside midfielders Jacob Hopper and Tim Taranto should help the likes of smaller, younger players like Sonsie thrive on the outside this year and the impact of a second pre-season shouldn't be overlooked, either.
Elsewhere, Shai Bolton is already a genuine star, but if he can tidy up his goalkicking accuracy (43.41 last year), look out. Noah Balta should also thrive with consistent defence time, rather than being thrown forward when required.
