With the upcoming departure news re: Dimma. I have enormous concerns of the leadership we currently have at the club, mainly due to the amount of leadership that has left.

- Possibly Gale and Balme soon, as they both won't be around for ever.
- With our co-captains not really slotting in well and not a lot of clarity who else in in the leadership group. Who was Vice when Grimes was sole captain and no Nank?
With Dimma going, enormous weight is on Gales shoulders. Who else is leading our club?

I sense a monumental shift coming.
At the same time we peaked and I think it’s not such a bad thing.
Time will tell.
