Best/worst goals from free kicks differentials

Carlton sits atop the goals from free kicks differential ladder with +13.

Second on the standings is the Western Bulldogs on +10 alongside Essendon, also on +10, as the only clubs with double-figure differentials.

Port Adelaide and Adelaide are next on +4, Fremantle is +3 and St Kilda +2 as the remaining clubs in the positive.

At the other end is Hawthorn on -10, clear of Gold Coast and Melbourne both on -6, Sydney and North Melbourne on -5 and Richmond on -4.

Most/least goals from free kicks

The club with the most goals from free kicks is the Western Bulldogs (33), ahead of Port Adelaide and North Melbourne (both 27).

Carlton (26) are next, in front of Adelaide (24), with Essendon, Brisbane and West Coast all tied on 21.

Hawthorn sit at the foot with just 11 goals from frees with Richmond on 12 and Gold Coast on 15.

Most/least goals against from free kicks

The Kangaroos (32) have given away the most goals from frees, clear of the Eagles and Swans (both 24).

The Dogs, while receiving the most, have given away 23, as have the Power and Lions.

The Bombers (11) have kicked the least amount of goals from frees, the Blues (13) are next, ahead of the Tigers (16) and Dockers (17).

No surprise we are second last in the "for" free kick column. As most of us here have said, it's the clear ones the umps miss that tick us off the most.
