I know that in the pre season draft players can put a figure on there head, that is they can state how much money they want from the club that drafts them and the club is committed to paying it. My Question is
Can kids going into a National Draft place a figure on there head as well prior to drafting?

Kids going into the draft for the first time can not nominate a figure. The figure they get is determined by the AFL's Collective Bargaining agreement
Kids or other players de-listed can nominate a price in the national draft (like what Shane Morrison did when we picked him up)

thats disappointing WP we could have rorted the system lol if it was allowed.

From memory a kid picked up in the PSD like Matty White is paid equivalently to a kid picked up in the 3rd round or later in the National draft.
