A reshuffle at Richmond. Ollie Grant, who has built the Tigers' VFL program, will be a full-time AFL recruiter as the club's Victorian recruiting manager.

Oakleigh Chargers talent manager Alex Davey will join the club as VFL operations boss & work with Richmond's recruiting team
