Broad and Lynch will be back. Not sure about Taranto and his calf.
Faull most likely out with that knee.
Fire away with your changes?
-
Id drop young if anyone is left
-
Once and for all give Trainor a rest. He’s been really poor.
Feel like sonsie has been given a last shot with this block of games. Hasn’t done enough imo
Out: Trainor, Faull, Sonsie
In: Broad, Lynch, Taranto
Our structure is all out of whack because we are trying to get games into these youngsters, can’t blame them. Just hope the structure shapes up a bit more next season.

Trainee needs a rest. Bring in Gibcus
-

Not really anyone else we can bring in tbh
-
INS: Lynch, Taranto, Broad
OUTS: Trainor, Faull, Mansell ( 2 of those 3 were easily worst on ground)
I'd drop Balta as well. His petulant carry on yesterday at times was disgraceful. Sick of the excuses for him. If they think Gibcus has done enough in the VFL bring him in. Hell bring in the Forgotten Man again, at least he plays team orientated footy :banghead

I agree regarding SONSIE, Trainor had his worst game so far. Also Gibcus not ready yet, only had a couple of touches in VFL

In Lynch, Broad Taranto and Gibcus. Out Faull, Mansell, Trainor and Balta. Even if Gibcus is the sub it would be a real boost for the side's morale. Trainor needs a rest. Balta needs to rebuild his confidence.
-
Put Balta on the wing ffs
Blight in defence, rest Trainor

Team Tips:
Even for a young, developing Richmond side, last Saturday’s output in its 84-point loss to Gold Coast simply wasn’t acceptable, and changes will be made.
First and foremost, first-year key forward Jonty Faull will go out of the side after his left knee was landed on in a marking contest, with veteran spearhead Tom Lynch primed to return after serving his five-game suspension in a timely boost to the Tigers’ forward structure.
Tim Taranto and Nathan Broad should both come back into the side, provided there’s no setbacks with Taranto’s calf.
Noah Balta was swung back after Faull’s injury after starting the game forward, and there’s every chance he could be deployed back in defence this Saturday with the side regaining the experienced Lynch, and with Tylar Young among Richmond’s lowest-rated players against the Suns.
Elsewhere, the hope was that Josh Smillie would suit up for the VFL side, which also travelled north last weekend, but the No.7 draft pick continues to be kept out of match action as the club remains careful in its conditioning of the big-bodied ball-getter. Josh Gibcus had 14 disposals and three marks as the luckless key defender continues in his bid to get some senior match time before the season’s up.
Draft prospect Sam Grlj suited up for the Tigers’ VFL outfit and was among the top ball-getters with 18 possessions, six marks and five tackles.

Tim Taranto is available to play this week after two matches out with a calf, while Tom Lynch has now served his five-match ban for striking. Faull’s promising first season is over, but he has avoided surgery. Smillie was a chance to feature in the VFL last week, but has once again been set back by illness, and “still pulling up a little bit sore”. A line has also been put through Dow’s season. Given the lengthy injury list, there aren’t many options in the VFL, with just Josh Gibcus, Jacob Koschitzke and Jacob Blight playing in the twos last weekend.
