Another request for information ;D
What are people currently using for internet security and virus protection.
I just want to review my current programs to make sure i am running the right things.
I am currently running Norton, Spyware Doctor and Zone Alarm as my firewall.
Also does anyone know much about this new Windows Genuine Advantage tool or whatever its called. Is there anyway of getting rid of it?

Was using Nortons but it kept disabling itself. Was told Nortons is a "nanny-ware" - not terribly good. Now use Trend Micro PC-cilling - gets rid of spyware at the same time.

Use AVG anti-virus - http://www.grisoft.com/
plus Adaware - http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
Both are free to download.

I use Adaware too ,mt. Spybot Search & Destroy as well which gets a lot of spyware that Adaware misses (also a free download).
I have eTrust anti-virus so haven't bothered with AVG. I'm told it's good and can run in conjunction with other anti-virus'.

I don't know if it is the security program or Outlook or just my computer, but I have fun and games (as you have witnessed) sending documents larger than 2mb as it likes to just sit in my outbox and then the recipient gets multiple copies.
