Title: Polo's new 2 year deal

Reported in HS today that Dean signed a 2 year deal with us yesterday. Good result for us and the kid. Will be a very nice player down the track. Only Raines to go from what I understand.

Article says Deledio, Meyer, Pattison & Tambling are signed until the end of 2007. Now Polo to 2008. :thumbsup
Deledio is actually signed until the end of 2009.  ;)

I think Patto is signed to 2008 - he signed for another 2 years.

Tambling original deal was for 3 years so he told me in Perth in June

Meyer was the only one to sign a 1 year extension.

very interesting re: Meyer. Have noticed how well Miller is staggering his contracts. Basic common knowledge i know but very sensible stuff nonetheless.

More importantly why havent we signed up Raines yet ???? I thought he was close to signing a month ago ? WTF is going on at Richmond?

The RS Award might have something to do with holding up Rainsey's deal. If he won it then that would equal more $$$. I'm pretty sure he won't be going anywhere so Sheeds can go fly a kite as far as pinching one of our youngsters  :thumbsup.   

Anyway fantastic news on Polo. Well done RFC  :clapping. Although the last of the "fantastic 5" picked up and to debut he's arguably doing the best to date.
