Richmond's late push for an AFL finals berth could receive a huge boost this week with the return of star forward Nathan Brown for the clash against Carlton.
Brown has missed the past two weeks with a hamstring strain in what has been a difficult season for him as he has also endured complications with his broken leg from last season.
This has meant Brown has been restricted to just 10 senior appearances this year, managing just 11 goals - a far cry from last year when he kicked 34 goals in the first nine rounds before breaking his leg.
"He will train tomorrow (Wednesday) and he has got to get through the session and get himself fit enough to play on Sunday," Richmond coach Terry Wallace said.
"But certainly we always expected him back this week or next week depending on how the injury progressed."

If BROWN Is fit, then its easy,
DROP TIVENDALE
Someone missed Tivs 50m pass insie 50 to Richo in the first quarter that was waited perfectly to Richo's advantage side ;).
IMO we'll drop a ruckman possibly Staff if Browny is right.

I am not so sure that Staff will get dropped, most likely would be Patto.
I know its a little unfair on the kid but i think that if Staff is going to retire he would play everygame unless he gets injured.

What about Krak? Ray Hall booted it to him and he fumbled and fumbled but then I think he had just come onto the ground and wasn't ready to receive anything.

This is good. We have a side full of kids that have played less than 30 games and we can't figure out who to drop for Browny.
Its a good sign for the future :thumbsup

that was a shocking kick by ray hall and every one knows that. missed krak by 3-5 metres., when it should have hit him lace out

I'm all for rewarding for effort, so i reckon Rodan deserves a go this week after his five goals in a losing side.
Have no idea who to drop though after a good win.

Yeah based on form you'd say Rodan deserves a game ;) And remember running around in the AFL will increase his trade value and that's gotta please some stuff :rollin
In: Brown
Out: Patto
