One of the big tests for us is to not only try and build and develop a quality list with depth but to also have guys who will step up with something special and get us across the line in the big games and the finals.
So which Tigers do yu guys and gals think will end up big-game/finals players?

Brett Deledio- will nail sides in big games kicking goals from midfield
Richard Tambling- will nail sides weaving in and out of traffic in big games- will also kick big goals- with the odd bag
Dean Polo- will nail sides as he racks up possession after possession or cutting blokes out of the contest and
Danny Meyer- will nail sides- will be the guy who kicks the clutch goals and get unexpected big goals when we need them

I look for pure talent and these guys have it more than the others, they just need time and confidence.

JON
In his first game he only played 27minutes
Plough brought him on when the game was in the balance.
He got the ball on the wing, backed himself, had two bounces and just missed the kick from 50. He kicked the winning point. Great awareness and confidence for a debut player.
He has the potential to be an absolute superstar !

some times a big game player isn't a silky skilled one but more of a guts and passion player i reckon young Howat fits the bill there but agree with others that Pets Lids and Polo will be there when the fat lady sings
