Given our current list, if you could have any 3 players from the AFL come over to Richmond as freebies who would they be?
-
1) Brock McLean - He might look like Chopper Read's cellmate, but he has grunt and also exceptional skills
2) Chris Judd - The best there is
3) Matthew Pavlich - He could have been a Tiger already.......
-
Dean Cox - Combined with Simmo what a combo taking it in turns to drop back into the forward line.
Judd - Need I say anymore
Pavlich - Our Forward attack isn't to bad especially with the Simmo Cox double act, but as a replacement for Richo in the near future.
Would supplement our list pretty nicely :thumbsup
-
1 - Chris Judd
2 - Lindsay Gilbee
3 - Jon Brown
-
Brett Kirk one tuff nut
Chris Judd talent to the max
Adam Cooney mongrel going places
-
Judd - no explanation necessary. stuff!
Hodge - Best clearance midfielder. The only Hawk who is a genuine "gun" rather than overblown hype.
Hunter - Best CHB in the comp who can also play key forward with major impact in big games.
-
Dean Cox - Best ruckman/midfielder going around
Chris Judd - Great extractor and pure class
Adam Goodes - Brilliant utility. Can play anywhere on the park.
-
J. Brown.
M .Lloyd.
S. Burgoyne
-
I like Waynes combo myself.

I'm looking more at quality young players from a longevity perspective and the gaps we need to fill currently. Sure Judd would be great but I think we need to bolster our ranks in defence. I would want us to win a few GF's in 10 years. I feel Deledio and Tambling can become our "Judd's" of the future.
1. Darren Glass - (WCE) One of the best young defenders in the comp. Could hold the key defensive position for a good 8-10 seasons. The perfect ingredient for us at the moment.
2. Marc Murphy - (CARL) Already this kid is head and shoulders above anyone at Carlton and right up there with quality players from other clubs.
3. Michael Johnson (FRE) This guy is not only tall but is also a ball magnet averaging 17 possies a game in only his second year in AFL is pretty damn sharp for a tall defender/ruckman . He will only get better IMO.
Honourable mentions to Brock McLean & Heath Shaw as I agree with wayne, McLean is pure class and Shaw is also something special.

J. Brown.
M .Lloyd.
S. Burgoyne
Matthew Lloyd? :chuck Wash your mouth out Jackstar!

-
1. Brock McLean - I am his biggest fan. Awesome player and one of the nicest footy players i have ever met.
2. Ben Rutten
3. Chris Judd
-
1. Danyal Pearce - all class
2. Adam Hunter - Mr Versitility.
3. Justin Sherman - this kid is a stuff.

what! no Judd :o :lol :rollin
I thought he was a mandatory pick :lol
I would have:
1) Judd - no explanation required
2) Goodes - Can play anywhere, the quintessential modern day utility (Kozi would be competition if he weren't injured so mcuh)
3) Sandilands - Cox might be the best right now, but big Sandilands is going to reach heights even higher than Cox's lofty standards IMO
