Title: Who should be our second promoted rookie?

Howat you would expect to be the first to be promoted from the rookie list. It's rumoured the Club is waiting until round 1 before promoting him to save some player payment dollars.

So with Petersen and Cogs on the long-term injury list, who should next be promoted from the rookie list after Cam .... Gus, King or Tas?

'Gus for one simple reason.

He is the type of player we need to develop most.

Oh, and the fact he's got some good form doesn't hurt.

I wouldn't promote any of them, not unless they would have been picked in the team for the next match anyway. Let them develop at Coburg. The only one likely to be promoted  in 2007 would be King, IMO.

Agree with you Gordon - I wouldn't be promoting another one unless they actually earn the right to be there.

Why promote them in time for round 1 if you are not going to play them in the seniors ???

Look at Humm last year they promoted him, he palyed one game and that was it -what was the purpose?

If their form warrants it, then definitely promote but I wouldn't be doing it simply because we can
