Title: PC Security issues

When i started up my PC tonight, i opened IE and it began to open my homepage which is an Optus one and then diverted to following site:

http://aprotectservice.com/ (http://aprotectservice.com/)

It is claiming that i have some security issues on my pc and says i should download some spyware programs to rectify this.

I am already running Zone Alarm and Spyware Doctor so i think i should be covered.

Is this some kind of advertising cookie etc?

Any ideas?

Sounds like some you shouldn't download anyway. It could also be a link to a virus. Run your antivirus and anti-spyware and see if that stops IE diverting.
