Wallace on now- some points
Geelong won reserves premiership in 99 so looking at this team for the future.
JON good 1st Quarter
RFC Coburg- Allignment working well with us. Some difficulties- AFL clubs looking for development VFL clubs looking for wins.
Angus Graham : looking to give him some opportunity before the end of the year
Playing the kids move on Aging players, you lose at the beginning but hopefully it turns when they get older.
Remain competitive, developing players. Talked about Edwards.
PC was buffering throughout so if i missed parts or misunderstood the context ... then apologese.

I typed some of what Wallace said too....
* There to watch Gus. The way Gus has played today and how Plough was talking, I'd reckon Gus is a chance next week.
* Rotating Schulz, Cleve and Jack. Sarge put his hand up again in the first quarter.
* There a issue with the affiliation system with VFL clubs wanting to win and AFL clubs wanting to give certain players game time. Good to have someone like Andy Collins who knows Plough from his Hawthorn days so it works well at Coburg. Plough said he has a soft spot for the old VFA and preserving those traditional clubs.
* Difficult to handle powerbrokers at clubs. They can understand what you are trying to achieve but when things get a bit rocky they feel pressure from finanical contributors to the club. As a coach you go into it eyes wide open so you know what you are getting yourself into.

I'd personally rather all 3 play together, with Cleve and Jack permanent up forward, Schulz alternating between defence and attack, and Richo playing between the 50m arc.
With the Cho in the forward line it is waaaaayyyyy to predictable :banghead

Gus must be very close to getting a call-up. Simmo is doing okay in the ruck but struggling elsewhere especially with his kicking since coming back. Patto had a downer against Port.

Having all 4 up forward would make us too tall. They would need to hold their marks otherwise once the ball hit the ground the opposition would easily rebound out of our forward line (not that we apply much forward pressure anyway :-\ ).
