Aker might be getting a law suit unless he can back up his claim.

Yep. Aker's basing it on Braun his direct opponent in a game in 2004 running around like superman on a 28 degree day. He might need a bit more proof than that  :wallywink.

Did Aker name Braun specifically?

In the article I read he just spoke about a 28 degrees day at the Gabba a few seasons back.

Would be difficult for anyone to prove he is talking about Braun. Think Ch7 did the research and threw the cat amongst the pigeons.

Not sure Jake. I didn't read Aker's article in the paper. I was just quoting what Ch 7 news said last night. Players who've been in the game for a while end up against the same 2-3 opponents from each club. It wouldn't be hard to work out who Aker was talking about anyway given he spoke about that 28 degree day at the Gabba. From the vision of the game it was pretty obvious which player Aker was talking about.

Braun's manager is seeking legal advice.

Braun couldn't say anything about Aker for legal reasons to Hutchy but he didn't hide how peeed off he was.
