Harts is next.
Debuted in 2004 under Spud and played 19 out of 22 games. In 2005 he started the season promisingly before doing his hammy against the Dogs in R3 after 13 disposals in the first quarter and a bit. Harts returned for one game in R14 before playing in the last 5 matches for the year. He played 7 of the first 8 games in 2006 before being dropped to Coburg where he broke his foot against Werribee. Only made one appearance in 2007 against the Hawks in R15 and again broke his foot at Coburg.

Any future at Tigerland for Harts?

Harts has had back luck with injury but some have to go and I think Harts will be one of them. There were whispers a few months ago that Sheeds was interested given Harts' dad played for the Bombers but that's gone out the window.

He has to be a keeper. He is one of a very few with enough balls to stand up for himself like the tigers of old. This is what the appeal he has for me. I have seen a few who would rather walk away from a little biffo, but not him. Keep him for the pure guts he shows on the feild. Don't shot him down due to his injuries. Sugar should and has to be on the list before anyone doesn't he, well I think he does. Harts has more guts in his little finger that Sugas has in his body. The last one who showed the same amount of balls was Tim Flemming, and I loved it, when there was a fight there was Tim on the bottom of the pack.

He's gone, gone, gone. Not a doubt in my mind. Sorry Brent, that's the way it has to be.

Sorry Harts, we cant keep everyone and you're near the bottom of the list, much due to your own bad luck but even late in the season was no good in the seniors.
Delist.

Nope

He is a tough nut, but he lacks one important skill, the ability to play AFL football.

bye bye. We need to delist 4 at least and he is in the bottom 4.

Harts has had his papers stamped if he cant get a game in the Seniors with the Burgers.
Too many similar players without injuries in the RFC squad ahead of Harts (Raines, Jacko, King, Polo etc.)
Hope that he gets another chance at a different club cos he gives his all, but cant see it happening at AFL level for him.

Brian Royal's RFC player review
Brent Hartigan
Brent missed the last seven games of the season with a stress fracture in his foot. He played a fair bit of the season with Coburg, but suffered a lot of injuries.
