How did we all rate Joel's year?
Joel was one of nine Tigers to play all 22 matches in 2007. He averaged 25 disposals (Best Tiger) and 8 marks per game. Passed the 30 or more possession mark 7 times.

Brian Royal RFC player review
Joel Bowden
As a running back, Joel was our highest possession winner at the club this season. In the last couple of games he certainly finished off the year better. But, in saying that, I think Joel would be disappointed in the year he had.

I would say that is a fair call
Will add was disappointed with Joel's year. His game in Richo's 250 was deplorable
4.75/10 and that's probably .75 too much
How that's Monk :rollin

for a senior player disappointing.

Joel had a disappointing year but he's not a FB either. Just a sheer waste if he's forced to be a close checking defender near goal rather than his "quarterback" rebounding role.
starts broken record...
I still would like Terry to play him forward.
