No one takes our club seriously. We cant even get a decent draw. Gary March is a great bloke, hes someone who bleeds yellow and black, hes made a great contribution but we need to make a change. We need a heavy hitter. We need someone with a big business reputation who can kick heads and get things done. The club needs to look at revisiting the David Morgan option. Even as a fly in president from country NSW or wherever he is in retirement from Westpac. The Tiges need a new Boss and since Ilhan is no longer an option I suggest overtures are now made to Mr Morgan who has worn the Tigers jumper (reserves level) and shown an interest in our great club.

i agree , we need tough uncomprimising ppl running our club, not "nice blokes" who are pushovers

As Darth said in another thread - we need to get our list right and win games. Off-field sure we can do better but we're in our healthiest financial state since our last flag. We're about to get a $6.5 million renovation of Punt Rd with new facilities, social club, etc and possibly a further $5 million more for that indigenous centre. It's on-field we suck and have for 25 years and it's what you do on-field that makes the footy world stand up and take notice.

Nothing wrong with March, he's doing a great job, but we do need a heavy media hitter on the board. I'd be looking to replace Mitho, not March.

Chris Bond has been in the system for some years now & is a good match up & tactical coach
unfortunatly his has been picked up by Fremantle
His done many presentations for senior jobs but have no imformation yet why his never been given the major gig
He was a big part behind Eade & the Western Bulldogs rise & fall ;D
l will sit back see how he goes under Harvey but he is very well respected in the game

Plough and Miller are our media frontmen but they need to focus on just the football team next year. When a club is struggling officials like to avoid the media lol.
