Lambert was the more prolific possession winner but I loved the fearless way Freezer played. Freezer was more the on-field leader too.
-
Freezer gee how much do we need a player like him now.
if only some players played with his gutz and skill, we perhaps wouldnt find ourselves in the hole we are in now
-
Free was the harder more courageous of the two.
Unfortunantely his knee eventually broke down due to the rigors of AFL.
Lambert was just as injury prone although he was able to space out his time on an AFL list for a longer period of time.
I'd take Free for sheer hardness on field leadership and courage.
-
Lambert was an inside gun with super skills.
Free was a tough nut and a great leader.
I'd take Freezer by a whisker.
-
I'd take Freezer just for his leadership and not leaving the Club ;D
and.... his attack on the footy
-
I take Lambert.
Didnt like the way that Freezer ""stitched"" up the club when he started to manage a few players when he retired.
Ash Prescots contract one of his deals that went wrong and Ash added up at Freo :shh
Oh how we forget
