As much as i hate Essendon scumbags M.....F.....s a.....holes.
Ok got it out of my system now.
Well done Matty,
What i saw as one of the best games for the opening round of the NAB cup.
Lions skills werent the best and neither were the bummers but overall for this time of year it was a good contest.
Although i believe he is a sacraficial lamb for the Bummers this season i still like the fact he won.
Regardless of who he is coaching i still have a soft spot for one of Richmonds favorite sons.

A hard game to judge looking forward to the real stuff given both Essendon and Brisbane played all their kids and it was the Lions first match of any kind as they haven't even played a intra-club yet. Looked it too as Brisbane's skill level was awful. All you can say is the Bombers played and gelled well under Knighter's new gameplan with running attacking defenders and Knighter having showed his hand has got the Bombers up and going early in the season.
