The league's mighty mouths
Jon Ralph | April 26, 2008

Here's a sample of what some AFL veterans think about the league's biggest mouths . .

RICHMOND

''Richo is a ripping bloke but players always get into him. He gets angry when people drop back into his hole and he asks them where their man is. I used to always bag him and say, 'If you are one of the great full-forwards, why haven't you won a B and F? And then he won one last year.''

''Nathan Brown has always been a big talker, at the Bulldogs and now at Richmond. He just doesn't stop talking.''

You missed this from the same article OE

...

''When (Richmond's) Nathan Brown was playing on Simon Godfrey, Godfrey would come on and off the bench at the same time as Brown.

''One day Brown couldn't get a kick, and was ready to come back on in the last quarter, and he yelled out, 'Are you ready to go, Godders?' as he signalled to the Melbourne bench.

''It was almost like he was taking the p... out of himself.''

Reckon Kingy wouldn't be short of a lip and as TM has said before Connors is no shrinking violet either even when he is out of his weight division (re: Hall). Jack of course never shuts up but he is more encouraging his teammates ;D.
