On average we make almost 10 more errors than the opposition per game: 93.6 - 84.0

In Trent case yep as he's played only 3 games so his stat is skewed by his first game (11 errors  ???). If you take out his first game then his efficiency jumps up to 88% up with Lids.

The stats aren't misleading in the Sydney game - a difference of 10% is a disgrace.
