Summary
* Not many of the boys have played in the past losses here so history doesn't really matter. We've come over for victory as you do in every game.
* Richo - big bruise won't affect him. He's right. If there was anything really wrong he'd have been wearing his leg-ons on at training. His knee has improved so we were able to use him more in the midfield last week. Expect Chad Cornes on him. They'll have a number of plans but that's the one we expect. The Port guy said they'll switch players when Richo moves from wing to forward to down back.
* Polo - has come back from a shoulder. Took him 12 months to recover. Over last month has been able to have full use of shoulder.
* Cleve - Sent back to the VFL to kick goals and has done that. Kicked 11 in last two games.
* 3rd qtrs - We've done things to tackle it but the proof will be in the pudding.
* Cotchin - love how he wins his own footy. Can throw him straight into the action. Lacks fitness levels due to no preseason but that's improving with each game he plays.
* Group is well aware of the opportunity in the next few weeks if we get over Port today. Big week and build up next week with the club's 100th year in the AFL and the Carlton game coming up. Coming off a win would be the perfect lead-in.
* Polak - agreed with KB and Schwarz he needs to impact more on games. We've had these discussions with him so he's aware of it. We know he has good hands etc but he can be laconic. Expect him to turn that around and be a 6-8 year player for us.
* Team is unchanged. We did fly some one over for the day just in case.
