Thoughts having seen it in the flesh in a game?
-
Hated it. Looked like Hawthorn.
-
Felt like I was following the Hawks the whole game, hated it too!
-
I understand the significance and why we wore it, but let's never wear it again
I do like the centenary shield logo though, I wouldn't mind if we got rid of the yellow centenary banner down the bottom and used it as our normal logo
-
Agree, may it never see the light of day again.
-
Didn't hate it entirely. Prefer the sash.
-
If we had of won they might of made a good bit of RFC memoriblia but now ::)
Lets not metion them again until 150 years is up.
-
Prefer the sash. The sash is much more slimming than stripes on me. :lol
-
Shocker :banghead
The logo is great and I'd keep that
But the jumper = shocker
-
Jumper was rubbish, as how we played
-
poo.
Should've worn the sash. :banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead
-
Yeah I liked the logo, just hated the Hawthorn-like stripes.
-
the jumper reminded me of what i see when i go to the toilet.
-
As a one off I didn't really care but the numbers were impossible to read from a distance. Should have had the white panel with black digits.
I heard at the game that all the centenary guernseys had sold out and there were heaps of kids/teenagers wearing them at the 'G. So I guess at least the club made some bucks out of the day.
-
Richo's centenary guernsey is going for $1,850. Browny's is next at $1,000.

Looks like out of respect Polak's guernsey isn't up for auction.

Yeah I liked the logo, just hated the Hawthorn-like stripes.
Makes you wonder where the Hawks got the idea for their jumper - from our original, of course.
Except for the poopy brown, it's the same
-
the jumper stank. and it was not like the original, the original had thinner bars, and looked much better
