Yes spot on as usual Jackstar..............Schulz must go(add him as another one for to look foward to trade week)........his absolutely woeful performance v adelaide sealed his fate for my mind....JON is wasting space on our list...someone please tell me otherwise....im non plussed about jackson too...i havent made my mind up though about him as he has a bit of solidness about him and aint afraid of a contest...lets start getting some gametime into the cartledges, grahams etc...we have nothing to lose except an inept coach and his sidekick from arden st....

i have been saying it for weeks patto and/or simmo needs to be rested. But some people on here continue to be impressed by our ruckman's tap work. i am not its one area we need to fix.
by playing patto when he is clearly not up to it is damaging us in the centre.
simmo is not that much better. The tap outs go directly to the oppostion its so clear to see.

we need to try cart or graham and fast.

Cartledge should play but ""our coach"" isnt a risk taker and finds it hard to motivate and get players up, so Cartledge mighten get his chance

That is why i loved sheeds when he was in his prime and malthouse.

Malthouse is a risk taker. He has no issue in playing a debutant in a big game against any opposition.

He is the best coach in the afl by a country mile and TW needs to take some risks.

we need another ruckman. Fact

Bite the bullet and play him.

did anyone see paul johnson today against the lions. best run and chase by a ruckman i have seen.

I just think we have patto who tries hard but it is time for a change and shouldn't be long b4 we see one

Oh dear.

so do you think we should persist with patto do you? I believe some of you actually accept mediocrity when it comes to our team
patto MUST go back to coburg.

i love what he did last year but enough is enough, we need to blood someone else.

we are getting smashed out of the centre and if it weren't for tucky, lids and foley getting the clearances we would be on about 3 wins this year

We would need to put Polak on the long-term injury list first for Cartledge to be promoted. Feel awful saying that while the poor guy is still in a coma but I guess that's the reality of the situation for our list.

TIGERS ALIVE how dare you suggest we drop patto. If smokey and MCMLXV read that they wont be happy.

patto is a d grade ruckman that brings nothing to our side.

another wasted first round pick for the richmond fc..

I like Patto too Dan, and I dont think he is D-Grade, he's played some good games this year.

But for the last 2-3 weeks he's been underwhelming and with Gus Graham putting his hand up it's the logical move to reward a man in form.  :thumbsup

T.Alive its not a matter of wheher you like Patto or dislike him..
He seems a good guy and i dont forget last year but the facts remain that he is not up to it this year and really a bad draft pick for our club.

He has been thrown around in every position and whose fault is that?? according to some its not TW's fault because he is a protected specie.

I expect a 2nd ruck to do more than what he does...Simmo is only marginally better IMO..

Don't bet on it.

The Eagles have worked extra hard to get their percentage down to near the Demons.

The Eagles are already 'list managing'.

Snippet from Sportal.....

Thursty won't be back this week and they don't know when he will  :(.

.... the Tigers still have the problem of replacing Polak for the rest of the season with Jay Schulz likely to return to the side in his absence.

And as well as being without their centre-half-back for the rest of the season, the Tigers will also again be without injured stuff Will Thursfield who is still battling hamstring problems.

Wallace said Thursfield, who has not played since Round 11, is battling tendon soreness in the lower part of his hamstring making it more difficult to predict when he will return.

This might change things a little. With Silvesters good form in the VFL (inc a couple of BOG) it might be time to give him a go against sombody like the Eagles Lynch.

IN: Schulz, Silvester,
Out: Richo (inj), Polak (inj)

I would like to see Hyde and Patto have a rest but cant see it happening. There are pleanty of other ways it could go too. Nothing realy would surprise me after some of the selections this season. I do like the fact that we can talk about quite a few options to try, that not something we have been able to do for quite a few years.

The players the eagles put on the ground will be trying, apart from that everyone else is going the Tank.
We should win comfortably .....

NB: Anyone with Cox in their supercoach save a trade, I can see an early end of season op coming soon  ;)

Speaking on Racing Radio, Sumich said Daniel Kerr should be ready to play by the time Sunday's bouncedown against Richmond comes around.

But captain Darren Glass is a doubt, with a hard fought season finally ready to catch up with the skipper.

"We will assess him on Friday, he did not do a lot last night training wise … he needs to be assessed to see whether he plays or not," Sumich said.

Its the Sunday squad.

Tivendale wont play.

l was told Rance was in the mold of a Richo, surely you would name him in the squad & take him over, surely you would give him a run against the 2nd bottom drug side & being a former WA senior player would have been a great starting point.

would have made me watch the game, even fly over today to watch the game & this is why l'm disappointed.
my WA mates are laying it on thick already &  if we get rolled this weekend,  :'(  there are no excuses, no matter who is missing from the side  :-[

Oh forgot to mention Hyde dropped  ;D means Tivendale in or is Wallet trying to bluff Worsfold  :rollin
