John Sabisanis (sp?), a Tigers supporter, is opening a restaurant in Werribee in a couple of months and to advertise it he got on the footy show and offered $10,000 to Melbourne to help them survive (cash in a case) and to not tick us off he also donated $10,000 to Richmond.

Should have done it closer to the opening but $20,000 in advertising on prime time - probably got that a bit cheap.

Does 11.15pm still count as prime time?

Money laundering and/or a tax deduction?
Kind of the wrong time of year for tax deductions, timing is a bit weird too

Really nice gesture but the timing was a bit off. Why didn't he wait until his resturant was open or just about to be opened? I don't even know the name of the resturant or it's address. I think he may not get the response he was hoping for.
Great for te club though :santa
