Dear OE,
Shortly, the Richmond Football Club will be conducting a members' survey.
Your views will help us serve you better in the future. As a sign of our
appreciation, all members who complete the questionnaire will go into a draw to win
a signed Richmond guernsey.
The survey will be conducted online and members will be notified by email. The
questionnaire can be completed by answering the questions directly within the email,
or alternatively, members can click on a link and be directed to the questionnaire
on the website of Feedback Friend, which is conducting the survey on our behalf.
Yours sincerely,
Hamish McKenzie
General Manager of Commercial Operations

They may only send out so many to gain a sample of members thoughts. Most targetted surveys only need 1000-2000 respondents to get a reliable sample reflecting the thoughts of the whole.
