Hi All,
I've just created a videoclip of the History of the Richmond Football Club with all the bad bits taken out! :lol Took me about a week to make. Its got a great soundtrack
and I'm happy to share the high res version if anyone would like it. :)
So go and have a look at youtube and if you feel like it, please leave a comment or a rating.

The file size is 200 meg and it has been compressed with winrar so you will need to unzip it. :thumbsup
Its much better quality than the youtube version.

This is the best I've ever seen from any person who does this on Richmond, or for any other club for that matter. Great choice in music, the clips are not your stock standard we've seen all the time - there's something new there.
Just something we can be all proud of.
Good on you, Tiga :bow
PS: I hope you don't mind but I posted it on BigFooty - too good not to share with other Tiger supporters :thumbsup
-
Brilliant
Well done tiga
-
WOW! Thanks for the great compliments guys. :thumbsup I'm so glad you liked it. :D
Yes Moi, feel free to spread it around. I can see the "never surrender" team spirit shown in this clip returning in our current team and hopefully we will see very soon another lifting of the cup come september. :thumbsup
GO TIGES!!!!!!!! :gotigers

Bought back a lot of good memories watching that. Well done Tiga. Loved every minute of it. :)
-
Excellent job tiga!! Brought back heaps of memories and reinforced why I could never follow anyone else. I can't wait until my kids experience the emotion of a Tiger side on top. :clapping

A ripper of a job, indeed its Royce like.
-
On ya Tiga - great stuff from old Tigers to new. :clapping
Geez that footage of Royce is sensational, particularly the 73 Prelim. :thumbsup
-
:bow :bow :bow to master tiga. We are not worthy :bow :clapping.
That clip makes you want to run out and have a kick. Love the slow motion of Hart's mark in timing with the music. Great choice of song too I might add :thumbsup
You should email the link to the club tiga. Get them to play it on the big screen before round 1 against Carlton :gotigers.

I luv the rat-a-tat-tat editing of the KB goal (apologies for how I described that but that was all I could think of lol)
And I luv how Laurie Fowler comes in after the lull in the music
Great stuff :thumbsup

Oh thats fantastic, excellent work :clapping

Thought I'd pop in and say well done mate.

Missed one thing though mate, a shot of the mighty Cho spraying a shot ;D

Thanks again everyone for the wonderful replies. :thumbsup Its inspiring me to do another clip of more recent tiger teams. If anyone has some memorable moments footage of more recent times that they would like to share towards my new project, please PM me.
To answer smasha, I will be ripping a hi-res mpeg version tonight and posting the link in this thread for people to download. :thumbsup
oh btw, lets not forget to mention one of my all-time favorite players Billy Barrott who appears prominently in the clip. For the young-uns, He's the Number 24 running the lines and kicking that amazing goal from the boundary! The guy was a freak and an absolute champion!! And also special mention to Merv Keane's massive kick (3min 56sec) off 3 steps going over the top of the posts from more that 50 out. :o

:thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup

I'll add my voice to the praise Tiga, fantastic video. :thumbsup
Pleanty from before my time but plenty of memories still there for me.
LOL, was that Nathan Bower in there too? :lol

Something tells me the theme music for this will be yakety sax :lol

FANTASTIC Tiga, brings back a lot of memories to an old tiger fan. I was in the rooms at the end of the clip where Micky M holds the cup up. Sir Francis let me where his medal while he drank my full can of Fosters. :bow :bow :bow

One of the 24s in there is not Billy. If anyone knows who it might be. He's still around in footy in some form

No hints needed. That's speedster Bondy streaming out of the middle at a million miles an hour.

"Racehorse" was his nickname/moniker and it was appropriate. I loved watching him blast out of the middle - very few ever caught him!

Let's hope another No.24 can return next year :pray.

Moi taught David Grohl music lol.
