After missing most of the preseason with a busted foot, Connors started the year at Coburg playing 12 games before getting a call-up in round 15 in our big win over the Eagles in Perth. Despite 16 possies was dropped back to Coburg before returning for the final 3 games of the year.

How did we all rate Connors' 2008?
-
Not sure ;D as he only played 4 games
Needs to work on the defensive side of his game I reckon.
5/10
-
Only gave him 4, because he didn't play many games.
He showed what he could be against the Hawks.
-
3/10
Lack of dicipline.
Lack of fitness.
Lack of consistancy.
Expected better from Daniel this year even with the foot problem pre-season.
Has the talent, so counting on a big improvement next year. :thumbsup
-
Give him 22 next year.
Tough + skill/x-factor.
One of my favorites.
-
Can't mark him too high due to limited games, but he started to shine at the end of the year with the Dawks game being the stand out with 16 possession and 3 goals.
Look forward to a full pre-season from the kid because he has attitude,a great leap and doesn't mind a goal.
4/10 for mine
-
Gave him 5/10. Can you judge with only 4 games? The figures, FWTW, are encouraging since he is up across the board. Big improvement in tackles and goals though I think most of those 5 goals were kicked in 1 game. Showed some good endeavour but lacks maturity and experience at times and can be caught trying to be too clever.
Still he is one of my favourites. Really hope he gets a decent number of games in 2009. Think he will show a lot of improvement if given match time.

An angry Cub.
The opposition wont want to get in his way when he grows into a full size Tiger.
