22 games. 17 disposals pg.

Love Matty's work.
This kid could be a real surprise packet this year. Really improved in '08 and shows few signs of slowing down.
Could very easily follow in Foley's footsteps and at the very least be a solid contributor this season in a stuff pocket rotating otb.

I watch with interest. 8)

Has to be in our best 22 now and just another reason to be excited about the tigers in 09.
GO WHITEY

Whitey to play all 22 games barring injury and as with most developing youngsters as they hit their early 20s to show more consistency which will show up in a higher disposal average. Whitey with his pace is an impact player and goalkicking mid (a bit like a bulkier Maxfield) so if he say gets the ball 4-5 more times per game this year he could be really damaging for us as another 20+ goal scorer. His pace is also an important asset defensively as midfield zones/clusters are now in vogue.

Really glad for White's season in 2008 especially as he was written off by so many.

An excitement machine and with our midfield developing in quantity and quality the pressure will be on to bring out the best in all our players.

If he maintains his place in the side he can only get better
