Robbo's on SEN and said we "should" make the top 8 this year (but it's not a dead cert). He reckons there's good weeks ahead for the Tigers this year. He's still worried though about our forward line with Morton and Hughes although he's excited by how Riewoldt will go this year.
They had Glen Luff from Champion Data on too and he was talking about how the new zoning is reducing the inside 50s. Us and Brisbane won with just 33 inside 50s over the weekend. He said if Richmond can get it inside 50 more often we'll be dangerous as we're very potent once we get it in there.

I'm puzzled as to why Morton is a 'worry'.

Robbo's a nuffy. Can't read anything into last night's practice match.

Dermie also on SEN has us finishing 5th. Win 9 out of 11 home games plus 3 or 4 away as we did against Freo would put us in 5th-6th area.
He watched our intraclub and strangely said he didn't think it was good but then also said he was surprisingly impressed by the Tigers ???.
Dermie also thinks we got out of Cuz what you would want from him in the quarter and a half he played. Rates Cuz a 6/10 kick as he umbrellas it (he's no Jarman or Bucks) but he knows how to put it in space for the forwards to lead into which the other Richmond mids don't do.
He also said with the midfield zones we're entering an era where if you're carrying 3-4 poor kicks in the same side you won't finish in the top 5. Singled out Palmer as a poor kick and a liability.

What do others that have seen Cuz this year think of that rating?

Really?, but his goal kicking is Ok isn't it :o
