Just putting it out there given we'll have an early PSD pick.
-
Only for entertainment value if we could stick him on players like Milne and tell him to got the knuckle

yeh,we could make him bash all the ******* in the comp.Milne,Montagna etc.
-
Perhaps if he was dead serious about footy, but following the last few years I'd say hes a lost cause.
We probably lack a bloke who would protect the younger players. With potentially no Simmo next year I can't think of one Richmond player you would be physically intimidated by or worried you might get hurt. Cuz and Jackson perhaps the only ones.
-
No more short term patch jobs....Time to develop our own and let the draft system work for us.
Would be entertaining though...
-
Not even if he paid us to play
-
If Sheedy coaches Richmond next year consider it done !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats why i dont want sheedy

Stick him at fullback when we play Essendon and get him to beat the crap out of Lloyd.
I don't like Lloyd. >:(
-
No way.
He is a thug and a loose cannon.
To recruit him would be tantamount to disaster for the footy club and the youth policy we have embarked on.
Patch job at best he might kick 50 or 60 goals to prove the knockers wrong but will Jack Tyrone or Jaidyn benefit or even Richo? He is 32. Let the Dogs go for him they need a key forward, RFC needs to take a deep breath then another and then another and pass and pick up something with less baggage. Furthermore it would be a small but ultimately funny payback from a Tiger viewpoint, to the Dogs for Wallet and McMahon if they do go for it and it blows up in their face.
Benny needed to go straight to play AFL and on top of that keep out of trouble on the street also for those that might want to argue the point and to his credit he has, Bazza just needs to play without the other provisos. Wasn't the lure playing in a one team town the most attractive thing for Bazza? Coming to the RFC circus would only cause catastrophe for player and more unnecessary and derogatory media attention to the club. Expect the Barrett articles to come sooner or later. :whistle

....Wouldn't touch him with a ten-foot pole.Glad to finally see the back of him and O'Loughlin.

I'd accuse you of having female logic, but that would be an insult to all women
-
sure it would be a crazy thing to do
but extremely entertaining.
No conflict with the youth policy - Post could come on for him the 12 weeks he was suspended.
He's a fit, uninjured power forward. With Richo back feeding him and with Nahas, Reiwoldt and Morton taking the seconds... well I could see how terrible that would be?

Our local radio channel has a live cross each week to Lindsay Gilbee only because Mark Alvey is there.
And the question came up and Gilbee said that Hall will be at the Dog's next year.
And they are his words not mine.
I would rather see Hall out of the game forever.

Nathan Foley: We have Cousins, so why not Barry

Injured Richmond midfielder Nathan Foley believes Barry Hall would be a welcome addition to the club given the Tigers success with former bad boy Ben Cousins.
Foley told BigPond Sports Weekend when asked whether the club would be interested in Hall’s services next year, “We had Ben Cousins come on board and he’s having an impact, so it certainly wouldn’t be overlooked.”
“I think it comes down to where your club’s at, at that time and whether you want to draft in a thirty two year old.… also whether you see yourself playing finals footy and whether he can influence the club in the next couple of years to win a premiership.”

Lets relive a bit of Barry

He may put Ty's dad out of a job if we bring him to the tiges
-
Hall would be an addition to a very soft forward line. Love him Or hate him, if he keeps the mits down he would make a positive impact to our side. Ive always hated him but with the colours on his back i'm sure we would all warm to him.

Jesse White 195/196cm, about 100kgs, seems to have great mobility and turns 22 in 2010 - in terms of the Sydney list, he is the one if available who I think we should target.
Thats the type of forward we need to be chasing:
JACK RIEWOLDT JAYDEN POST BRETT DELEDIO
ROBIN NAHAS JESSE WHITE MITCH MORTON
Hypothetically- that doesnt seem like a bad forward line going forward.
-
Problem is Sydney won't be trading away any of their key forwards any time soon and now will have plenty of cash to throw around with Hall & O'Loughlin gone.
