A TEENAGE schoolgirl claims she is pregnant after having sex with AFL players she first met at a high school football clinic.
Two St Kilda stars linked to the girl held crisis talks with club officials after her school principal was told of the pregnancy.
The AFL has launched an investigation and will meet the two Saints players at AFL House on Wednesday morning.

They were talking about this on SEN this morning.
It is interesting how the events are being portrayed in that at first glance it would appear the "deed" took place at the school - this is not the case as the story finally gets around to mentioning near the end of the article. ::)
This happened in Sydney when the girl was up there for the weekend; independant of the school

She went to Sydney with a 27 y.o. friend, whom she lives with.

TWO St Kilda stars have been cleared of any wrongdoing - but the schoolgirl at the centre of the sex scandal is yet to decide if she will take any action to confirm who is the father of her baby.
The AFL confirmed both players were at a football clinic at her school, but mobile phone records confirmed there was no contact between them despite claims they had swapped numbers.
But the Saints pair still face an anxious wait to see if the 17-year-old VCE student asks them to take a paternity test.
"All available evidence indicates that the players had no contact with the young woman at an AFL player appearance at the student's school, but met for the first time some weeks later after an AFL match," league operations manager Adrian Anderson said last night.
"The St Kilda players have agreed to provide their telephone records to the AFL. The records provided so far corroborate this fact."
The teenager yesterday clarified that she had first encountered the players at a school football clinic - but did not exchange phone numbers until after the Saints' Round 1 clash against the Swans in Sydney.
She had sex with one of the players that night and then with the second player back in Melbourne.

THE girl at the centre of the St Kilda nude photo scandal has been ordered by the Federal Court of Melbourne to stop publishing the images.
St Kilda today went to the Federal Court seeking an order against the girl.
Justice Marshall ordered that the girl and Facebook, where the photos have appeared, to be "restrained from publishing or continuing to publish the photographs" until further order.
St Kilda said the order was to "protect players’ privacy against the unauthorised and legal distribution of images".
Earlier, the girl said in her Facebook profile that she loves to cause trouble.
The Saints are in damage control and AFL players have expressed outrage after two lewd photos were posted on a Facebook page today.
The first explicit photo was of Nick Riewoldt and Zac Dawson. The second explicit photo featured Nick Dal Santo.
The girl's profile information on her Facebook page says: "I like to f--- s--- up, nothing's normal in my life, and that's how I like it! ...I cause trouble; BEWARE."

A POLICE officer has been quizzed and suspended by the force's internal investigators over allegations he had sex with a teenage girl who has filed a sexual misconduct complaint against an AFL footballer.
The girl, 17, has made several allegations to police after becoming sexually involved with AFL stars she first socialised with after meeting them at a school sports clinic in Melbourne's southeast.
Her story came to public attention after she claimed she became pregnant with twins to a St Kilda player before this year's AFL season.
She since lost both babies.
Ethical Standards Department officers questioned the senior constable this month and he was stood down while an investigation is conducted.

A TEEN who has released explicit photos of St Kilda players Nick Riewoldt, Zac Dawson and Nick Dal Santo on the internet says she plans to upload at least a dozen more, despite a court order forbidding it.
The girl, a jilted former lover of another Saint, is threatening to release a "scrapbook" of damaging images and text messages.
She has vowed to continue posting images each day until the police force her to stop.
The Herald Sun has been told the photos were obtained from a player's computer.
But the girl denies it, saying she took them in a Melbourne hotel room this year.
The Federal Court yesterday issued an order restraining the girl and Facebook from posting more photos. It applies until a hearing on December 23.
The girl, now 17, said she had been unaware of the order until told by the Herald Sun, but vowed to defy it.
"I'm going to put on some new ones (photos) tomorrow and more the next day," she said.
"My credibility was gone out the window the moment this all came out.
"I'm a 17-year-old girl. I can't take on an AFL club, I can't take on St Kilda. I can't take on the AFL.
"I've had so many court orders placed against me."
The girl claimed this year she had become pregnant to an AFL star after meeting players at a school clinic. An investigation followed.
She has since vainly attempted to sell the photos.
In red lettering across the photos she posted, she wrote "Merry Christmas, Courtesy of The St Kilda Schoolgirl".
She told the Herald Sun yesterday she wanted to exact revenge on St Kilda and the AFL over her treatment.
"It's because I hate the AFL and I hate St Kilda," she said.
"Words can't describe how I feel. I have 19 more photos ... They will be all up by the end of this week. I just want revenge. I want them to know what it's like to have your reputation destroyed."

If she's bitter and twisted, she might have some reason to feel that way. Stupid, dumb, yes, but I have a bit of an inkling she's been through a bit of hell for her young years. According to today's Age she can't make up her mind up when she is going to post more alleged photos....
She said yesterday that she would release more photographs at 5pm yesterday, but on Twitter delayed that until 7am today. Last night she told The Age it would not be for several days because she did not want to face any more court action.
The case returns to court tomorrow morning.

Had a tiny bit of support for her, thinking, well, she has a club, with all its lawyers, police and everyone against her, thinking she just might have been a victim of being treated badly by some footballer. But her actions make me think she is just an attention-seeking whore who's going to come crashing to the ground pretty quick.

As for her parents lets not forget that she was living in Sydney with an Aunt when she first met the Saints guys... major problems this kid. I dont thinkt he parents can control her. SCHOOLKIDS had just returned from the long holiday. A few young stars from the St Kilda Football Club fronted a Mornington Peninsula high school.
The teens needed pumping up for their Victorian Certificate of Education year.
The players were there in their pre-season to give back to the community as part of their contracts.
Half the group were girls. And scores of those were Saints fans. Some of them wanted to hook up with them. Tall, muscley, confident, rich young men. How could they lose?
But that day in February was to come under scrutiny from the police and Education Department officials. Three months later, one of the girls in the crowd, 16 at that time, told her principal she was pregnant.
"Jane" (name withheld because the girl is under 18) said the father was young star Saints player Sam Gilbert who'd visited the school that February day. Bells went off and the principal reported the pregnancy to the authorities.

Within hours, the AFL and the club knew. The manager of the player concerned knew. Then almost everybody else knew.
That was the beginning of this whole sorry tale. But underneath it all you have to remember that this has never been the story of a woman. It is the very sad story of a troubled young girl.
For months, behind the scenes, Melbourne has known - the AFL, the Saints, footy fans and the media - but noone would talk about.
This week the girl lifted the lid by posting online explicit photographs as she'd threatened to do many times before.
Jane, now 17, is articulate, intelligent and beautiful. She's tough but, to adults she likes, she's polite. She has an on-again-off-again relationship with her parents. Right now she's on holidays with them.
She dresses like an adult and is pretending to be one, when she's anything but.
And now she's dealing with some very grown-up problems.
The Saints club officials quickly doused criticism of their players over Jane's pregnancy. They claimed an investigation had cleared them of any wrongdoing. She says both she and the player agreed they'd had no contact on that day at the school.
She says she'd actually met him weeks later at a party after a match in Sydney. Her version of events is that in the hotel, someone held the room keys of Gilbert and another player. In a swingers' style game, she says she picked the hand holding the other player's keys.
But the next day, she claimed Gilbert got her phone number and texted her: "I wanted you". She felt the same. They started going out soon after, but when news of the pregnancy broke, the relationship ended.
Gilbert might have been cleared of misconduct, but Jane copped a wave of condemnation from locals who learned her identity on the grapevine. She says she endured put-downs as she crossed the street and that she lost shifts from her after-school job.
She claims there was an encounter with another AFL player who kept insisting that she join him and a friend for sex. The words she recounted were threatening and she, at 16, barely recognised then how inappropriate they were.
It is clear at the centre of her issues is her perceived treatment by players, mainly those who play with St Kilda but also from at least one other club.
A month ago she approached most of Melbourne's media outlets, including The Daily Telegraph's sister newspaper, the Herald Sun, to have her "dirt file" published but nobody would. Then, she claimed she wanted a way of getting her story told, in her own words.
In the past six months, the Herald Sun repeatedly refused to write her story without permission from her parents She turned up at the the newspaper offices late one night after downing a bottle of flavoured vodka.
She showed explicit photos - including the now infamous Nick Riewoldt nude picture - to a journalist, but her offers to publish them were refused.
Instead, the Herald Sun contacted the AFL with concerns about her welfare after offering her a taxi trip home. She was directed to find someone who could give her good advice.
In Jane's eyes, she has been let down everywhere she has turned. By the players, by her former high school, St Kilda Football Club, the AFL and Victoria Police.
More than a month ago, senior police were dealing with issues surrounding Ricky Nixon making a complaint Jane had tried to strip while in his office.
Nixon claims to have tapes of their meetings.
She told the Herald Sun he fabricated the allegation. Other issues had also risen to the surface concerning the force and the treatment of the 17-year-old.
In early June, Jane sat down with the Herald Sun in a Frankston coffee shop and ordered an iced chocolate. She applied lip gloss at least four times in an hour and whispered secrets into her friend's ear beside her.
Jane insisted she was pregnant and when a child miscarried, she thought it was over. She claimed that she discovered weeks later she'd been pregnant with twins and she was still carrying an unborn child.
She spoke often of her frustration that Gilbert wouldn't return her texts or calls. She said she wanted him to take responsibility for what she said was his child's life.
So much so, that she confronted him in Adelaide. Whether she followed him there specially, or whether she was there coincidentally isn't clear. Photos of her, heavily pregnant, appeared on her Facebook page. But not long after, she claimed the baby was lost. She was no longer pregnant.
While things were quiet on the surface, behind the scenes, on social forums, she was simultaneously trashed and hailed a hero. Explicit photos that weren't of her, but purported to be, went viral in cyberspace.
A few weeks ago, she said she wanted it all to go away and to have a normal life. She wanted to get a real job in the armed forces, but couldn't even contemplate it until the real story - her truth - got out.
Some of her claims seemed wild.
She has made claims she was offered "hush" money
She says that soon afterwards a six-figure sum of money lobbed in her bank account for about a week. Then it disappeared mysteriously, just as quickly.
On Monday this week she also claimed that St Kilda Football Club paid for her hotel accommodation, but the club vehemently denies this.
Jane described meetings with the AFL officers as disastrous. She said she was intimidated and made to feel like she was a criminal. But the AFL said last night that the league's Respect and Responsibility manager Sue Clark and other AFL staff had spoken to the young woman about 20 times since earlier this year.
"AFL staff went out of their way to liaise with social service organisations and Victorian police to ensure this young woman had access to support services, including counselling if she wanted to take it up, and also tried to organise accommodation when she had nowhere to stay," he said.
She said she felt like she was being stalked. She said she was sent text messages from an unknown person threatening violence and described in October how she ended up in hospital after being stabbed by a stranger on an afternoon run around her home.
Yesterday, she spoke of how she wanted everyone to "know the truth".
She says her parents were there for her.
"They're not supporting me in what I'm doing," she said "But they're supporting me, if you know what I mean..

Ch 10's late news just said she's arriving back in Melbourne at 5.30pm tomorrow (Thurs) and she's threatening again to release 5 more photos. She also has posted she has no intention of turning up to court tomorrow morning. St Kilda has posted on her twitter page telling her the court case is tomorrow morning and that the court can make decisions in her absence.

There has been further fallout from the AFL photo scandal that has embroiled the St Kilda Football Club, with an advertisement featuring skipper Nick Riewoldt now in question.
It is understood Linen House - a major sponsor of the Saints and Riewoldt - is reviewing elements of its contract.
Riewoldt features heavily on the manchester company's website, in a campaign entitled 'Sleep Like a Saint'.
A series of photographs depict a semi-clothed Riewoldt sleeping and sitting on a bed.
Earlier this week, Rewioldt featured in a nude photograph published on the internet by a teenage girl.
The ABC understands no decision on the future of the sponsorship has been made, but it is being discussed by Linen House.
The advertisement continues to feature on the club's website.
Meanwhile lawyers for the Saints have appeared in Federal Court in relation to the scandal.
St Kilda is seeking to extend an injunction preventing the girl from uploading any more photos.
The girl - who cannot be named - did not appear in court, but a lawyer for Facebook spoke to the court from the United States via telephone.
He said Facebook was committed to deleting all inappropriate content posted on its site.

THE teen at the centre of St Kilda photo scandal has been to hospital complaining of stress-related ulcers and bleeding in her mouth.
In a Twitter message posted yesterday, she told her 12,500 followers she left, tired of waiting in the emergency ward. She said her complaint was "nothing too bad, I just have a really painful mouth and jaw from biting it - I do that when I'm stressed."
The girl, 17, has been involved in a running battle with St Kilda players and their representatives since posting nude pictures of them on her Facebook page this month.
Yesterday, football greats told the Herald Sun that chasing the teen for damages, as suggested by some involved, was too harsh.
The public agreed. A majority of 6930 Herald Sun online voters (63 per cent) believed it was too heavy handed to sue the girl.

Hawthorn president Jeff Kennett said he hoped St Kilda would reconsider its position on legal action.
Mr Kennett said there was a level of "hypocrisy" in how this case had been treated in comparison to the Lara Bingle nude photo scandal.
Mr Kennett said those responsible for photographing and distributing the image of Bingle had been excused, but attitudes changed when players were the subject of such conduct.

ST KILDA captain Nick Riewoldt has been embroiled in a confrontation over the nude footy photo scandal.
Riewoldt retaliated to jibes from two men who pestered the AFL star outside a fish and chip shop in Clarendon St, South Melbourne, last night.
The Herald Sun understands at least one of the men waved the infamous photo of Riewoldt in the nude, taken by teammate Sam Gilbert at a Miami hotel in 2009.
As Riewoldt left the shop, it’s believed he brushed past one of the men and they became involved in a scuffle, in which the Saints’ captain had his shirt ripped.
Police are aware of the incident, but no one was willing to make a complaint about the fracas.
Riewoldt has been under intense pressure since the photographs of him and teammates Zac Dawson and Nick Dal Santo were released on the internet in December.

I can't stand the StKFC either but you can stick the boots into them without resorting to that particular word
Reality is there a quite a number of people on the forum who find that word extremely offensive, hence why we have decided on a very low tolerance level of it. You get enough complaints about certain things then you have to act

One of the worst presents I ever received was the Ricky Nixon sort-of autobiography 'It's a jungle out there' published by Pan McMillan. It is 'ghost' written by James Weston and it was a terrible read from the start, it's mostly made up of a sycophantic paragraph or two, followed by a quote by Ricky patting himself on the back for being a hard nut and winning a great deal for his client. I only got about 3/4 of the way thru the book. Boring! Jerry Maguire it was not!

EXPLOSIVE video and audio recorded by the "St Kilda Schoolgirl" reveal what she claims is AFL player manager Ricky Nixon engaging in conduct that could ruin his career.
The Herald Sun can reveal details of recordings which the 17-year-old claims will prove she and Nixon, 47, were in a cocaine-fuelled sexual relationship.
In a video, the girl says to the camera "This is proving that Ricky Nixon is here, just have a look at this", while a shower can be heard running in the background.
Rifling through the pockets of a pair of jeans on the floor, the girl produces a Blackberry mobile phone displaying Ricky Nixon's image and name.
The time and date of the phone show as 2.15am on Saturday, February 12.
She takes out a wallet displaying what appears to be Ricky Nixon's Flying Start and Etihad Stadium pass and credit cards.
The girl scans to a table where there is a pile of white powder which appears to be cocaine with one line next to it.
There is a empty plastic bag on the bench.
After another conversation caught on tape, a man she claims was Ricky Nixon undresses to his underwear and climbs on the bed.
In one phone conversation she claims she recorded of Nixon this month, a man tries to convince her to support him publicly.
Nixon, who is not supposed to contact or see the girl, tried to coach her how to respond to a high-profile journalist writing a critical article about him and his handling of her, she says.
In the phone call, the man the girl claims is Nixon talks about Age journalist Caroline Wilson saying: "She's writing an article slamming St Kilda about how they've handled all this."
"She's also going to rip into me about the way I've treated you and you know, well, which is ridiculous.
"I'm going to ring her and say, not say anything, but say look, if you're going to write anything about me, how about you talk to ... "
The girl says: "So you want me to stand up for you?"
Male voice: "Well, don't stand, I don't want you to go overboard, but just say look, Ricky's been helping me get myself back together a bit, and, I don't want to talk about it too much, just sort of say something like that. Could you do that or not?"
She replied: "Yeah, I sort of wanted to say that I hate you though, because I hate you like heaps though, so."
The man then turned on the charm, she said.
"Don't say (that) you idiot. I'll make it up to you tonight baby, all right?
"So, if she rings you, don't say I've put you up to it or anything like that.
"The main thing they're going to focus on is that I had these photos of you and da de da de da de da. Even if you say Ricky sat down with me and he destroyed those photos and ... "
She then tells him he has not deleted photos of her.
"How do you know I haven't?" the man says, to which she replies: "Because you showed me the other night."
He follows with a sleazy reply: "Yeah, well, I'll have another look in my phone tonight, when I'm on top of you ... Oh sorry, don't vomit again."
After the conversation, a friend with her exclaims: "He's so ugly ... You're dating the Elephant Man."
The Herald Sun first became aware of the scandal when the girl contacted the paper on February 13, saying: "Hey AD, I might have a VERY good story for you ...?"
At 1.56am on February 15, she texted: "Got a clear facial shot. See me tmrw?"
Then she texted: "He's sleeping in my bed right now ... What time will u be up tmrw?? I think he's leaving my aprtmt at around 6am??"'
The Herald Sun then filmed Nixon leaving Causeway 353 hotel, in the CBD - which St Kilda footy club was paying for - at about 7.15am.
The girl claims they have been involved for about a month, including a rendezvous at his holiday house in Point Lonsdale.
Bad blood between Nixon and the girl began before she released the scandalous Saints' photos that derailed its pre-season.
Nixon took photos of the girl at his office late last year.
During this meeting, Nixon claims she began stripping after arriving in a police uniform and a mini-skirt.
Her version was very different.
In other texts between Nixon and the girl, seen by the Herald Sun, they give each other pet names.
She had him listed as "Jarrad" and "Jarrad Cutie" in her phone and also had him dialled in as "Ricky F...Face Nixon" before their relationship began.
He referred to her as "Reject".
The vision, along with other videos and audio tapes released to the Herald Sun, could lead to criminal charges being laid against Mr Nixon.
Material obtained from the girl, including an empty packet, were supplied to Victoria Police about midnight on Friday.
A packet given to the Herald Sun has tested positive for cocaine, opiates and amphetamines.

I really don't understand how anyone can make crude or suggestive jokes about this TEENAGE girl. Clearly none of you who do this have daughters.
She may be promiscuous or disingenuous but she is obviously in need of proper guidance. I think it's stupid to make light of the fact that she has been taken advantage of.
For example: If a carer or a teacher was to be seduced by a teenager and somehow engaged in inappropriate sexual encounters then who is charged of a crime? The teenage girl or the teacher.?
How is this situation any different here?
As i said she may be a very salacious type but the facts are that ethically and morally everything says it's wrong for an adult to take advantage of a teenager even if they are this way.
It's nigh on impossible to have any sympathy for her as she's no innocent little creature. She may be 17 years old and legally still classed as a minor but she knows exactly what she is doing. If you read her old facebook page before it was taken down when the Nick Riewoldt photo hit the news, she has this twisted idea of herself as now famous and important. People need to ignore her but the problem is the males she attracts are stupid, sleazy and high profile and are giving her air to stay in the limelight which is what she craves. There are no winners here. All have just burned each other.

If she really was a victim, which is very hard to gauge and I don't think anyone will really know, she's exacted her revenge and she should stop now and move on.
Unfortunately, there are no real nice people in this story so it's hard to decide how you feel about it all.
I'm still pro-girl because even though she knows what she's doing, I don't think she really knows of the consequences to her life and has no genuine support behind her.
But it's definitely hard to feel sorry for Nixon as well. I feel sorry for his kids though, they're the real innocents caught up in all this.
One thing I do know, it's pretty cringeworthy stuff and you wonder when it will all end.
Hopefully, footballers will think twice before they become involved with minors in the future. Whether it's just visiting a school, out and about, whatever, just smile at the kids, be nice, but move on.

I think the critisism labeled at her parents is a bit unfair too. It'd highly doubtful that this self damaging behaviour is anything new.
They wont be the first parents to given up on a kid with exasperation. There is only so much poo a person can put up with. Once they get to a certain age you basically start to loose influence over them, it's just the degree that differs. You will most probably find that out in 15-16 years time daniel and i just hope for your sake it's not at the wrong end of the scale.
Just as there are many cases of kids turning out all right despite bad parenting, there also plenty of cases of kids going bad despite good parenting, but hey, why should we let lack of knowledge stop us from judging people we dont know?

I definitely have no sympathy for the St Kilda players and especially Nixon either. A 49 year old hitting on a 17 year old - say no more! They all thought they could use and then dump her but they didn't count on her being one twisted schoolgirl seeking attention and "fame" via social media. POLICE will interview Ricky Nixon over allegations he used cocaine with the 17-year-old "St Kilda Schoolgirl".
It is understood police may also question Nixon over the possibility he supplied drugs to the teenager. Nixon has strongly denied both allegations.
A video recording, which the girl claims was filmed while she and Nixon allegedly took cocaine in her hotel room, is among tapes which have been provided to police.
In the recording, a girl the 17-year-old claims is her can be heard saying: "What the hell, as if you do a line that big."
A man she claims is Nixon, but who cannot be seen, then says: "I'm a big boy. You should know that."
Soon after she can be heard snorting and says: "That was massive."
A man says: "You're only 17, I know it's pretty full-on. It's not great stuff."
The girl also says to the man during the conversation: "But you're not going to go weird?"
The man answers "No I'm not. Every time I've been (here), I've like had it, I've been having it for like two hours before I saw you."
The man can be heard taking his clothes off and then climbs into the bed wearing only his underpants.
In other footage, which the girl claims is of Nixon, a man is shown kneeling on a hotel bed in only his underwear while holding a TV remote control.
The 17-year-old, who alleges she had a sexual relationship with the high-profile AFL player manager, says she shot the footage while Nixon was in her city hotel room as the "ultimate revenge", while St Kilda Football Club foots the bill for her accommodation.
Sharing a drug of dependence with a minor carries a 15-year maximum jail penalty.
The Herald Sun has been unable to contact Nixon to get a response.
On Monday night Nixon flew out of Australia on Qantas flight QF29 to Hong Kong on his way to Ireland.
The AFLPA viewed footage, taken by the girl, at the Herald Sun offices yesterday.
Meanwhile, the Herald Sun understands the girl has a secret benefactor who paid for her to fly New Zealand after the alleged affair with Nixon began.
The girl claims they went to Dunedin and had a fight, which allegedly led to her using Nixon's credit card to book a flight home.
It is understood Nixon is yet to be interviewed over the alleged theft and the apparent drug use and sharing depicted in one of the videos.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman said it planned to interview Nixon over a range of matters.
"Victoria Police is currently investigating a number of claims relating to Mr Nixon and a 17-year-old Karingal female. However as this investigation is ongoing we are not able to go into further detail at this time," she said.
"As Mr Nixon is party to these claims police will seek to interview him at some stage.
"Police will not be providing detail on every facet of this investigation as it proceeds as it simply isn't appropriate for us to do so."
Industry sources say rival sports managers are bracing for players managed by Nixon to start shopping around in the wake of the scandal.
The mother of Nixon-managed Essendon player David Zaharakis said they were waiting until "everything comes out" before making a decision on whether to ditch Nixon.
Peter Dal Santo, dad of St Kilda player Nick, said he was sure his son would make "the right decision" about his management.
Richmond player Jack Riewoldt's mother Leslie said this week she was "cognisant" of the situation but didn't want to comment further.

The Players Association made a reference to that he could contact them at any time if he feels the need. They were referring, I believe, to his depressed state!

Nixon, who is embroiled in a sex and drugs scandal involving a 17-year-old girl, issued a statement tonight saying: "After 20 years involvement in player management, I am now taking an indefinite break to deal with a number of personal health issues. It is important for both my own health and wellbeing and that of my family to do so immediately.
"I have returned to Australia having spent the last two weeks overseas, where I had the opportunity to seek help for my personal issues. With the understanding and support of family and close friends, I have decided that I will go to a rehabilitation clinic to seek treatment for a substance problem that has impacted on my life and my decision-making, particularly over the last eight weeks.
"Given recent events and with the encouragement of friends, I believe it is the right time for me to seek help, counselling and appropriate treatment.

Hard to believe anything she says but before her facebook page went offline last year there were plenty of messages from kids her own age who obviously knew her hanging heaps of crap on her about her making up her pregnancy (such as walking around with a cushion under her top) and about her continually making up stories about how she was in the in-crowd with the St Kilda players etc to seek attention and boast about it on the net. It was full on (tripe) and there were pages of this stuff and her responses and story kept changing. Demetriou and the AFL obviously had read all this crap as well. All the more it shows how much Nixon was/is a moron and sleazebag to have anything to do with her. Like WP I'm surprised any player would still want anything to do with him. How could you still want to put your future as a footballer in his hands :help.

Andy D's comments were more measured than many expected (ie. saying he was "disappointed" with what had happened rather than using a word like disgusted). Then again he knew the girl was a compulsive liar so it's probably more that he was playing his cards close to his chest just in case she was lying again and he's just waiting for the inquiry to finish before saying anything more.

I agree FF. I'm no big fan of Andy D but giving the unreliableness in the stories of the two individuals involved I don't blame him for being measured with his responses in the media. This is a huge mess and there are no winners.

When the whole sorry saga with Nixon and the girl became public, the AFL chose to trust process and stated correctly that its players union had the power to remove or sanction agents' accreditation. Turns out they don't. Not only did the AFL Players Association choose to pay a Queen's Counsel to investigate Nixon, it also failed to stand him down pending that investigation.
It also threatened player agents attempting to poach Nixon clients. And it warned Nixon clients to sit tight. Now it has extended David Galbally's investigation for another week. Its players are, one by one, moving to ignore that advice and are now openly talking to other agents. The AFLPA's legal fears have proved to be what we suspected close to a fortnight ago - ill-founded, impractical and politically disastrous for both the union and the AFL.
The AFL took six days to make any statement worth reporting about Nixon, St Kilda has said nothing and the Bulldogs and Richmond and all the clubs with strong Nixon links have all chosen to remain silent. No club wants to be the first to take a stand. All have advised their players to wait but even the players have resisted that, including Geelong's Mitch Brown and Carlton's Lachie Henderson, who could no longer allow Nixon to manage them. Brett Ratten will clearly use another manager, which ever way Carlton chooses to jump over its coaching position.

It seems speaks volumes to me of the AFL "culture" that only 1 club (and from across the border I might add) has made any comment on this "agent". It is also pathetic that only 1 player (a "no name") from Geelong has had the guts to give this filth the flick. As for the AFLPA - they are more spineless than the AFL. Either one should have stood him down immediately when this all started

If clubs were to make a stand and he lost a large number of clients, yet ultimately was not found guilty, basically his business and livelihood would still be ruined. This may then leave clubs open for legal action.
Despite efforts to undermine it with things like the terrorist legislation, we still have the premise of innocence until guilt is proven.
...besides, that old hag would not have any idea what the club has been saying to players being managed by nixon behind closed doors.

The clubs probably shouldn't say anything individually. That should be left to the AFL as their representative, and the AFLPA should comment for all the players as their representative.

The girl at the centre of the St Kilda AFL nude photos scandal says she is on the cusp of releasing video showing footballers taking party drugs and egging on a teammate to hit a woman, AAP reports.
The 17-year-old girl, who made headlines last year after posting nude photographs of St Kilda players on the internet, said the new claims could "demolish" a different AFL club, which she did not name.
"I have so much evidence this time. I have gotten better with my spy skills," the girl told AAP.
She said she had video of some players taking party drugs, and another showing a player assaulting a woman in a Melbourne street at night.
"There is a clear shot of his face, but he is with some team mates as well and they are laughing and clapping him and egging him on and everything," the girl claimed.
AAP has not seen the video in question.
The girl, who has in the past admitted making up claims she became pregnant to St Kilda player Sam Gilbert, said this time she could prove she was telling the truth.
As well as releasing the nude photos, which it later emerged were stolen from Gilbert's laptop computer, the girl has also released video showing AFL player manager Ricky Nixon in her hotel room in his underwear.
She claimed she and Nixon were in a sexual relationship and that he used cocaine in the room, which he has denied.
Nixon has since gone into a rehabilitation clinic for treatment for substance abuse.
Following the girl's allegations, the AFL Players' Association (AFLPA) engaged leading lawyer David Galbally, QC, to investigate Nixon's actions.
Nixon could lose his agent's accreditation if Mr Galbally's report, which will be delivered as early as Wednesday, finds he breached his obligations as a player manager.
The girl told AAP she had spoken to Mr Galbally about her allegations.
She said she would release the fresh video to support her new claims after the lawyer's report was made public.
The 17-year-old also revealed she was about halfway through writing a book, although she was uncertain whether it would be an autobiography or a tell-all book about the AFL.
She said one publisher had already made an offer to print it, but she had not accepted any deal while she awaited to see whether a better offer emerged.

THE AFLPA have delayed any decision on the fate of Ricky Nixon to give him a chance to tell them why he should not be stripped of his agent's accreditation.
Following the investigation by top lawyer David Galbally QC, the AFLPA’s Agent Accreditation Board met for three hours on Thursday - but failed to deliver a verdict.
Instead, as flagged by Sportnewsfirst.com.au on Monday, Nixon will be given a right of reply by the AAB - which indicates a suspension is on the cards.

Embattled AFL player manager Ricky Nixon has been found to be dishonest, unprofessional and lacking in integrity.
An investigation by a prominent Melbourne lawyer into Nixon's dealings with a 17-year-old girl who claims he had been involved in a sexual relationship with her also found Nixon had a prima facie case to answer.
The AFL agent's accreditation board formally suspended Nixon in the wake of the report, but is yet to determine what action it will take against him.
Nixon, 47, last week admitted himself to a rehabilitation clinic, acknowledged he had a substance abuse problem and stepped down indefinitely from player management.
The AFL agent's accreditation board's chairman Ian Prendergast said Nixon would be given seven days to respond to the report by David Galbally, QC.
Galbally found Nixon had failed to act with honesty and integrity towards players he represents and had failed to give those players a complete and truthful account of his dealings with the girl.

THE "St Kilda schoolgirl" was not allowed into the room to hear of Ricky Nixon's fate this afternoon, but she made plenty of noise outside.
The 17-year-old - who alleges she was involved in a drug-fuelled affair with Nixon and whom the Herald Sun has decided not to name - turned up at AFLPA HQ for the decision, but was stopped at the door.
In the end, the AFLPA backed away from a decision, with Nixon given more time to explain himself.
Earlier in a dramatic afternoon, the teenage girl spoke to journalists outside the AFLPA offices, claiming she received "death threats" from Nixon and saying she would open "a can of whoop-ass" by releasing details of another alleged AFL scandal.
She claimed Nixon had threatened her after their alleged relationship had been made public and the girl had refused to retract her claims against the disgraced player agent, Fox Sports reported.
Nixon has denied allegations of a drug-fuelled affair but has admitted "mistakes" and "inappropriate dealings" with the teenager.
"I wasn’t originally angry with him. I sort of felt sorry for him and regretted what I had done," she said of Nixon, who is currently in rehab for drug use.
"Now I feel no remorse at all. I mean, he’s gone about this pathetically. Sending death threats, text messages, calling off of private numbers – it’s stupid.
"Our house phone keeps ringing and he keeps hanging up. It’s gone beyond."

It still amazes me that the AFL did not go after neither Nixon nor Fev for bringing the game into disrepute as they did with Cuz. The AFL will argue in Ricky's case that they have no "jurisdiction" over player managers but they do control the AFL's overall brand and image.

THE ST Kilda Girl continues to court controversy after being escorted from the MCG by police, following abuse by footy fans.
Her appearance at the Friday night Saints-Richmond match football proved disruptive, with some fans loudly condemning her actions and others calling out support, the Herald Sun said.
But the teenager at the centre of sex and drugs claims that have ruined the career of football manager Ricky Nixon appeared to be revelling in the drama.
She appears to be in the midst of making a documentary as she continues to milk her notoriety.
Accompanied by a young blonde, the controversial figure was wired up to a microphone while she was at the venue, while an older man filmed the antics on a camera phone.
At half-time, the young teen was also interviewed by a professional crew outside the ground, to the sounds of “wild abuse”, according to one witness.
On a video of the incident posted on YouTube fans appeared to be split between those calling out “I love you” and “hit her!” as families with children are forced to watch.
Security guards were called several times to restore order as fans sought to take pictures of and with the girl, before she was finally escorted away by police for her safety after an irate female Tigers fan began abusing her shortly after the game finished.
Police today confirmed they had taken a 17-year-old female of “no fixed address” from the ground.
According to their records, police responded to an altercation between the teen "and a group of people" about 10.15pm.
“Police then escorted her from the ground for her own safety,” the statement said.
Caller Scott told Radio 3AW the whole incident was “a bit of circus”.
The girl said she was shocked at the behaviour of some fans.
“Might I add - Last night was absolutely disgusting.. Cannot believe #AFL supporters.. WOW,” she tweeted.

ST KILDA captain Nick Riewoldt has turned on Ricky Nixon, saying he would like to "punch his lights out" if the manger's relationship with the so-called St Kilda schoolgirl was true.
Riewoldt’s comments aired on 3AW this morning after the radio station obtained the explosive report by prominent barrister David Galbally, QC, which found Nixon did have sex and took illicit drugs with the girl in a Melbourne hotel room.
Nixon continues to deny having any sexual relationship with the girl.
The AFL Players’ Association commissioned the report after the St Kilda nude photo scandal and inappropriate relationship between Nixon and the teenager.
The report said Victoria Police staffer Barry Gibb had 900 text messages between the pair examined by IT forensic experts and the girl’s videos and “was confident that they were genuine and have not been tampered with".
The report also reveals Riewoldt didn’t believe media reports about Nixon’s involvement with the teen, but that if they turned out to be true he would feel "completely let down and would believe the handling of the photo incident had been jeopardised"
The report quoted Riewoldt as saying “if he was in a room on his own with Nixon he would punch his lights out", 3AW said.
The report also reveals Riewoldt thought the girl, 17, was “psychotic’’ and that fellow St Kilda player Sam Gilbert would regard a relationship between Nixon and the girl as a breach of trust.
The girl initially made headlines last year after she said she had fallen pregnant to Gilbert. She admitted in March lying about the pregnancy.
The report’s findings state Nixon:
DISADVANTAGED his clients by taking advantage of a person that had been in conflict with them;
USED his position of power to take advantage of a vulnerable person;
ENTERED into personal relationship with this person;
HAD a sexual relationship with this person;
USED illicit drugs with this person; and,
ENGAGED in threatening conduct.
The girl met Gilbert and teammate David Armitage at a school football clinic in February 2010, and had a sexual association with the pair.
After the relationship between her and Gilbert soured, the girl invented a pregnancy, which she later admitted was a lie, and started touting photos of nude St Kilda players she had stolen from Gilbert’s computer to media outlets.
Earlier this week, Nixon inferred he had been unwittingly drugged before being filmed in the girl's hotel room wearing only his underpants.
Nixon told MTR radio he didn't want to spark another police investigation or "witchhunt" but suggested drugs were the reason why he couldn't explain being in the girl's hotel room wearing only underpants.
The disgraced sports agent on Channel 7's Sunday Night program had earlier accused the girl of "setting him up'' and "conning the world'' they had sexual relations and that he gave her drugs.
Nixon said the girl was a member of "Gen-Y who is very tech savvy and who is very good at making up conversations and texts".
"We are talking about a habitual liar, a habitual liar who strips down to her G-string in the main street of Point Lonsdale,'' he said.
But at the time, the angry and emotional Nixon struggled to answer many questions put to him last night by Channel Seven's Ross Coulthard. Several times Nixon walked out of the interview or reminded the journalist of legal ramifications.
Asked bluntly of the central allegations, Nixon said - "Let me be very clear, I had no sexual relationship with that girl, I never have at all.''

RICKY Nixon's ban as a player agent and a police investigation into sex and drug allegations against him are in jeopardy.
Kim Duthie, dubbed the "St Kilda Schoolgirl", has sensationally denied she had a sexual relationship or took illicit drugs with the deregistered player agent in a statement to the AFL Players' Association.
Nixon is determined to seek damages upwards of $2 million from the AFLPA in light of the revelations.
The twist is set to complicate a police investigation into Nixon, with a brief of evidence under review from the Office of Public Prosecutions.
Ms Duthie, in her statement, has also claimed she was affected by drugs when she spoke to AFLPA-commissioned barrister David Galbally, QC, about the nature of her relationship with Nixon.
Nixon denied manipulating the troubled 17-year-old into retracting her statement and is adamant he will sue the AFLPA.
"I firmly have the AFLPA in my sights," Nixon said.
"This was an amateurish investigation at best and if this is the people who are representing the players in the collective bargaining agreement, the players could get the worst result of all time."
Asked if he was seeking a financial payout, Nixon said: "Absolutely. Several million dollars."
Nixon said Duthie needed to "move forward" with her life, but at the same time commended her for revealing non-truths.
"Just like all the young people I work with, they are prone to making mistakes and Kim won't be the first or last," he said.
"I'm pleased she has finally decided to make some important decisions in her life and she now needs to move forward.
"I'm also pleased that she has made these declarations to the AFLPA."
It also emerged that Sam Newman, a supporter of Nixon, has been in contact with Ms Duthie.
Newman has spoken about mentoring Ms Duthie and she told the Herald Sun she has stayed at his apartment.
Ms Duthie said she recently leased a house in St Kilda and planned to buy it.
She said she had paid six months' rent in advance.
The AFLPA yesterday confirmed it had received a statement claiming false evidence was given.
"We acknowledge the AFL Players Association has received correspondence from a person involved in the investigation into former player agent Ricky Nixon, claiming the person gave false evidence to the inquiry," it said.
"We have today informed this person that, in making its final decision, the board did not specifically rely on the statements the person has now retracted. As such, the claims do not change the resolution made by the board in relation to the conduct of Ricky Nixon, which was found to be in breach of the Agent Accreditation Regulations."
Mr Galbally interviewed Ms Duthie for several hours at her lawyers' offices.
"I saw her in the presence of two of her lawyers," he said.
"Let that speak for itself."
It is believed detectives are continuing their investigation and are also probing alleged threats to kill by Nixon.
Earlier this year, Ms Duthie passed a lie detector test when asked if she had sex with Nixon.
In his report, Mr Galbally found Nixon had taken advantage of a "vulnerable" girl and engaged in drug-taking and sex with her.
The Herald Sun filmed Nixon leaving a city hotel on February 15, following the girl out of the foyer before getting into his car.
Nixon was subsequently banned for two years from being an player agent by the AFLPA.
He has since sold his business, Flying Start.

"All I really want to say is simply this, when she was interviewed she was interviewed with me present and two lawyers, her lawyers,” he told 3AW.
