Title: 14 Days to go
Post by: cub on February 04, 2005, 09:50:23 AM
Not long to go now - Maybe I am forever optimistic but I am really looking forward to seeing how the boys go this year.

Cant wait for the season to begin - I dont rate the wiz fizz cup - But anytime we give poowood a lesson that's footy for me - Starting to get that feeling only footy can bring - Bring it on .  :thumbsup

C'moooooooooooon !!!!

Let's gooooooooooo!!

Actually I love the wizard cup.  I love watching our first game and I enjoy watching all the other games seeing all the new players at each club.  Actually in the recent past the wizard cup has been more exciting than the season proper after around rd 10.  ;D

The footy withdrawal symptons have been starting to kick in lately lol. Really keen to see some footy and see our boys under Wallace for the first time against real opposition (well against the Pies anyway  :shh ). With Buckley doing his hammy today we've got a great chance to start with a win.

Bring it on  :thumbsup

14 days, but who's counting?
It's been a particularly long summer for me because i haven't bothered watching the cricket knowing it was just a fait accompli the Aussies would win.

Go Tiges!

Me neither Moi  :thumbsup.

We got something like 22,000 for the opening game against the dogs last year so you'd reckon there'd be a few more there on Friday night given it's us vs the Pies.

And I have even teed up a wheel chair if I cannot walk properly with my back injury ;D My advice would then be: be careful one and all :rollin

What happened to your back Will?

What happened to your back Will?

A very good question HarryH, one I don't really have an answer for :lol :-\

The physio tells me that it is a back related hamstring problem (had a chuckle when I was told that ;D). I have a chronic lower back problem - had it for yonks. Anyway some how I have aggravated it badly enough to have the muscles around my lower spine to go into spasm which has meant I have had a bit of trouble walking long distances. Having physio twice a week at the moment. Managed a walk around the block today -  :bow :cheers :thumbsup
